Three groups of soccer players after a classic pre-match warm-up (warm-up, mobilization, and dynamic ballless exercises, ball exercises) have completed two runs of 30 meters, among which rest was 4 minutes. Subsequently, each group had a different recovery duration when GROUP I rested 10 minutes, GROUP II 20 minutes, and GROUP III 40 minutes. After a set recovery interval, the test was to complete a 5 minute run, which contained a shortened version of the special running excersizes and followed by another two runs of 30 meters with a 4 minute interval of rest. Abstracts Title: Acute effect of warming up on the speed of tennis serve Objectives: Compare the influence of a dynamic warm-up with tennis racquet, dynamic warm up with elastic resistance and dynamic warm-up with medicine ball on the speed of tennis serve. Methods: To fulfil the aim it was to use the radar Stalker Pro II. The obtained results after each warm-up has been processed to the average and maximum values and then compared with each other. Results: In this work, it is not possible to confirm acute positive influence of the specific dynamic warm up. Results: In the measurement, hypotheses (hypothesis 1: after applying dynamic warm-up, players will achieve better agility performance than after static warm-up; hypothesis 2: after applying warm-up using balance aids, players will achieve better agility performance than static and dynamic warm-up). Hypothesis 1 was evaluated as true and hypothesis 2 was evaluated as partially true. Keywords: Rugby, agility, static warm-up, dynamic warm-up, warm-up using balance aids
