Optimalization of bus roof glueing
Jaroš, Vojtěch ; Halamík, Tomáš (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The main object of this master´s thesis is to increase productivity glueing and lowering the weight of the bus roof while maintaining its toughness. The first part describes the present glueing technologies. Subsequently, there is adduced theoretically various hypothesis about the glue seam. The proposed solution is to use the glue containing accelerators. Two glues from the companies DINITROL and SIKA are suggested and compared. The following chapter details the suggested technology and describes its possibilities. The final part presents the project of ultralight roof made from sandwich panels.
Optimalization of metarials cutting in SOR Libchavy company
Jaroš, Vojtěch ; Dvořáček, Jan (referee) ; Humár, Anton (advisor)
The main subject of this bachleor’s thesis is the increase of productivity and precision in cutting tubes and flat parts in the company SOR Libchavy. The main goal of the first part is a description of the present cutting technology. Subsequently there is the suggestion of suitable unconventional technologies. Cutting with laser beam, water jet and plasma. The following part describes and selected machine and its possibilities. The Last part deals with the ekonomical rentability of this investment.
Analysis of excited oscillation of non-linear energy harvester on shaker
Jaroš, Vojtěch ; Rubeš, Ondřej (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis focuses on controlling the acceleration amplitude of a vibration exciter, that tests either linear or nonlinear spring-hardening harvesters. The thesis includes searches for vibration exciters. It also deals with control research and control simulations of vibrating exciter during vibration testing in the Matlab Simulink. At the end of the thesis, simulations of control of the vibration exciter, which tests linear and non-linear harvesters are presented
