Assessment of the uncertainty of the ultrasound nuchal translucency measurement
Matejková, Magdaléna ; Pavlík,, Tomáš (referee) ; Jarkovský,, Jiří (advisor)
The issue of congenital malformations in the fetus is important part of fetal medicine. This project is comparing the measurement uncertainty of congenital malformations in the fetus markers and it is focused on screening markers in first and second trimester of pregnancy. The recommendations of Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) are decisive in this project. The issues of determination measurement uncertainty in biochemical laboratory and measurement uncertainty of ultrasound markers are also mentioned. These both issues are compared and methodology of measurement uncertainty determination of nuchal translucency ultrasound marker is designed. The methodic is based on biochemical determination of measurement uncertainty. The methodic is then realized on the data set from six medical doctors and is statistically evaluated.
CNC machine of produktion of shaft parts in condition small engineering firm
Jarkovský, Marcel ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This work deals with problems with the introduction of new products, two typical representatives of the shaft, into a small engineering company. It solves the ideal half-finished product in view to minimum cost, selection of appropriate machine and tools from machine equipment in the company. Part of this work is a framework manufacturing procedure and manufacturing instructions of those are economic evaluation also calculated.
Technology Solution for Components: a Valve with Condensing Loop
Jarkovský, Marcel ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This Master's thesis focuses on technology of production of the valve body produced by company Armaturka Vranová Lhota, a.s. First part introduces the company and their range of products. Second part of the Dissertation focuses on analysis of the part with details on construction, material and choice of three options of semi-finished product based on minimum expenses. In the third part are introduced current technological processes of assembling, weldment and valve body production. There are proposed two new production options to the current technological production process of body valve using different tools and jigs. New production instructions are calculated to establish times of production. In the conclusion of dissertation is the choice of optimal option considering habitual practice and conditions of company. For this chosen option is calculated technical-economic evaluation.
Programming Activity Tracking System
Jarkovsky, Karol ; Koutný, Jiří (referee) ; Ruttkay, Ladislav (advisor)
The thesis is concerned with the subject of systems designed for monitoring the activity of programmers with respect to legal, technical and technological aspect. It ponders on the role and condition of such systems in the present-day legislation and focuses on the definition of the boundaries that distinguish the monitoring system from its illegal version. The paper also deals with the options concerning monitoring of processes and users' activities within Microsoft Windows systems using technologies included in .NET Framework. The thesis further analyses the possibilities of information transmission from the monitored station to the processing server by means of standard protocols designed for transmission and identifies potential threats associated. The UML modelling language is used to describe design and architecture of the implemented solution.
Adaptive generated encounters in a rogue-like role-playing video game
Guth Jarkovský, Tomáš ; Černý, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Holan, Tomáš (referee)
We want to provide a video game player with a fun, unique, challenging experience. That may not be the case in games involving a lot of possibilities or randomness. This thesis introduces an algorithm for a procedural generation of enemies in a rogue- like RPG game. The algorithm is based on running a series of simulated battles to create an adequately difficult enemy group. We have implemented the algorithm in a custom rogue-like turn-based RPG game and in the experimental part, our approach has shown to be moderately successful. The generated enemies have shown to be neither too difficult nor too easy while providing a reasonable amount of variety and new challenges. The outcome of this thesis may be a step forward in the generation of unique, fun, and balanced enemy encounters in rogue-like RPG games. 1
Specifika sušení řeziva při nízkých teplotách
Jarkovský, Petr
This thesis is addressing problems associated with the drying of oak timber in a condensing dryer. The fundamental of the work is verification of suitability of modi-fied drying durations and evaluation of the quality of the crustiness of the dried oak timber. The state of the crustiness is rated via two different methodologies, by the fork test according to ON 49 0651 and by the central cut test as prescribed in ČSN PEN V 14464. The results of both methods are compared. A part of research is also an eva-luation of the possibility of timber damage during the drying process. The work is sup-ported by experiments and practical measurements on test samples whose results are finally graded.
Propagation of very low frequency radio waves in the Earth-ionosphere waveguide
Guth Jarkovský, Jiří ; Santolík, Ondřej (advisor) ; Píša, David (referee)
Lightning strokes emit strong electromagnetic (EM) radiation, mostly in the very low frequency band (VLF) 3-30 kHz. This radiation propagates in the Earth-ionosphere wa- veguide across distances of thousands of kilometres. Using measurements of several com- ponents of the EM feld, it is possible to determine the direction of arrival of an EM wave. The main result of this thesis is an algorithm for this analysis and its application to data measured by a station located in southern France. The algorithm was used to determine the direction of arrival of signal from several lightning strokes with known locations as well as from emitters used for submarine communication, as those also emit waves in the VLF band and thus are also suitable for application of the algorithm. 1
Spatial plastic creation in Changing concepts of art education : ceramic art as a phenomenon of visual arts and art education

Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
