Web Application for Remote DEVS-Based Modelling and Simulation
Gavlík, Pavel ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This paper deals with the design and implementation of a web application for remote access to SmallDEVS, implementation of DEVS formalism. Network communication is done using RESTful API. The web application is written mostly in JavaScript programming language using the framework AngularJS. Web application was developed using the technique of Test Driven Development.
Code Generation from Object Oriented Petri Nets
Hanák, Martin ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This thesis describes opinions about generating code from PNtalk language into more standard object orinted languages, such as C++ or Java. Goal is to construct model of the formalism of Object Oriented Petri Nets (OOPN), represented in PNtalk languege in mentioned languages. This model should be simlpier and more effective than actual implementation in Smalltalk language. Thesis also contains ideas about abstactization the code generator to be able to generate code in various languages.
Multisensor Module for Raspberry Pi Zero
Kažimír, Miroslav ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This work deals with the issue of distributed control systems in home automation. It focuses on open systems and the possibilities of expanding them with new devices with sufficiently universal use. The solution lies in the design of multi-sensor devices that would cover several functions required by such systems. This work includes the creation of a room monitor in the form of an add-on module for the Raspberry Pi Zero computer and a modular wall switch using the ESP32 platform. The benefits of this work are new open devices with the potential for further expansion with additional modules.
Simulation Sever for DEVS
Šimara, Michal ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
The purpose of this master's thesis was to design and implement the simulation server for the DEVS that is using already existing SmallDEVS system. The work is aimed to description of the DEVS formalism, SmallDEVS and implemented simulation server. This server provides functions to create new DEVS models, edit already existing models and control simulation. In addition server saves information about state changes during the simulation process, so we can find out the state of the model at any simulation time. It allows to analyze this data and get more information about the simulation process, which was not possible until now. There is a complete description of the communication protocol between client and server in this document. If a new function is implemented in the SmallDEVS system, this protocol can be easily updated. A prototype of client was implemented during this project to test the implemented simulation server. The client implements this communication protocol and allows the user to work with the SmallDEVS system on the server.
Classification of Music Files Using Machine Learning
Sládek, Matyáš ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis is focused on classification of music files using machine learning algorithms. Seven classifiers were compared in this thesis, based on classification accuracy and speed. Two feature extraction methods, two feature selection methods and two parameter optimization methods were used. The best classifier proved to be XGBClassifier, which had reached accuracy of 87.56 % on dataset Extended Ballroom Dataset, 64.56 % on dataset FMA: A Dataset For Music Analysis and 83.50 % on dataset GTZAN. This model could be used for playlist creation or music database categorization.
System for Analysis of Data From Infected Computers
Pečeňa, Jan ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Peringer, Petr (advisor)
Presented thesis aims to develop web-based application for AVG Technologies. The application is supposed to bring in every suspicious information from a file, which has been gained from customer's registers, and make customer support more effective and efficient. Designing the application was tightly binded with obtaining an overview of computer threats and attacks. The thesis describes and explains malware and its basic types such as virus, worm, trojan horse, etc. History and features of ASP.NET, PHP, Virus Total web service and Internet Information Service are described as well. The result of the thesis, the application itself, is deployed in real enviroment and ready to be updated with new information sources.
Pricing of IT Goods
Kacina, Michal ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Květoňová, Šárka (advisor)
The thesis contains the theoretical basis for study of possibilities of pricing information goods. The source areas are microeconomics, marketing, competitive advantage and economics of information goods. The model of market is created with constraints defined on the ground of theoretical basis. The thesis analyzes requirements that define the system that supports the choice of pricing strategy. It includes detailed design of the prototype of such system. The prototype is designed with robustness because of the future improvements. The design describes the prototype's input parameters and their transformation into useful outputs that cover basic characteristics of information goods. The designed prototype is implemented. The thesis includes demonstration of the prototype and possible directions for improvements that lead to validity of proposed model of market.
Module Orchestration of Multitenant Systems
Jeřábek, Filip ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to propose and demonstrate a solution for alternative conversion of an application into multitenant form together with its transfer from a customer server and deployment on a shared server of the company that develops this system. The conversion does not include a classical modification of the original application and implementation of multitenancy directly into its code. Using systems such as Docker and Kubernetes, modules of the original application will be extracted, containerized and orchestrated, creating the illusion of multitenancy. This thesis does not aim at presenting a single solution, but appeals to provide the necessary knowledge, multiple design variants and the implementation of a universal demonstration solution, where before using any of the designs, it is expected to modify it according to the specific needs of the actual solution and its subsequent implementation. The proposed solutions aim to simplify the process of this conversion, which is related to saving resources, and also to provide the possibility of creating the illusion of multitenancy for systems where the classical approach is too difficult or impossible.
Comparison of Freely Available Simulation Tools
Vysloužil, Robin ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Peringer, Petr (advisor)
This thesis compares different freely available simulation tools. The aim of the thesis is to document and compare tools implemented in Modelica, MATLAB and Python. Various simulation models are created for each language. The models were simulated and the results from simulation runs were evaluated.
Model-Based Design and Deployment of a Smart Home Subsystem
Staněk, Tomáš ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis discusses about the possibilities and methods of creating smart home, using commonly available elements fore each user. The bachelor´s thesis is focused primarily on the issues of home heating control, ventilation, lighting control, camera surveillance. For control individual elements is used Home assistant running on the Rasberry Pi.
