Marketing Communication
Janeček, Michael ; Leitlová, Veronika (referee) ; Schüller, David (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis focuses on a marketing communication of the M&M finance company s. r. o. and it is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on specialized literature and clarifies the terms of marketing communication. In the practical part there are an analysis of the company and own survey. It leads to suggestions for improvement marketing communication.

Construction Project for implementation of administrative building of BBP
Janeček, Milan ; Rotrekl, Ivo (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The content of my diploma thesis is a construction technology project of an administrative building in Brno. The work emphasizes the feasibility of the object. I prepared an implementation study with a detailed solution of the construction process in terms of time and financial plan. Technological regulations, control and testing plans and occupational health and safety are proposed. Drawings are pre-pared for the performed construction

Web Application for Managing a Smart Greenhouse with Gamification Elements
Janeček, Martin ; Materna, Zdeněk (referee) ; Bažout, David (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create an intuitive user interface for monitoring and controlling conditions in a smart greenhouse. This is complemented by a system of devices, compared to a normal greenhouse, which maintain an ideal environment for the plants using remote access from the application. The web application is equipped by a gamification system, which aims to motivate the user to use all the features. At the same time, this system guides the user through the initial introduction to the smart greenhouse. The application is implemented using the Django framework, the presentation side is provided by the React library. The developed solution allows users to easily control the conditions in the smart greenhouse and analyze the history of measured data in a chart or statistics.

Title: Structure analysis of some transition metal silicides using X-ray diffraction and dynamical refinement against electron diffraction data Author: Cinthia Antunes Corrˆea Department: Physics of Materials Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Miloš Janeček, CSc., Department of Physics of Materials Abstract: This thesis presents the crystal structure analysis of several transition metal silicides. The crystal structures were studied primarily by precession electron diffraction tomography (PEDT) employing the dynamical refinement, a method recently developed for accurate crystal structure refinement of electron diffraction data. The optimal values of the parameters of the method were proposed based on the comparison between the dynamical refinement of PEDT data and a high- quality reference structure. We present the results of the comparison using a Ni2Si nanowire with the diameter of 15 nm. The average atomic distance between the model obtained by the dynamical refinement on PEDT data and the one by single crystal X-ray diffraction was 0.006 ˚A. Knowing the accuracy and limitations of the method, the crystal structure of Ni3Si2 was redetermined on a nanowire with 35 nm of diameter. The model obtained had an average error in the atomic posi- tions of 0.006 ˚A. These results show that the accuracy achieved by the dynamical...
