The crime of disorderly conduct at sports events
Janda, Patrik ; Vokoun, Rudolf (advisor) ; Bohuslav, Lukáš (referee)
This thesis deals with the current issue of spectator violence. We can observe increased attention of media regarding this issue in these days, but author doesn't think it's so serious problem how media presents. The content of this thesis is divided into ten chapters whose aim is to comprehensively characterize the issue. Thesis is characterized in particular by exceeds of the criminal law to other disciplines such as criminology and psychology and using empirical statistical data. The author sees the issue not only from the point of view of public aspect such as criminal law, but also as a administrative law and considerable space is devoted to a private law focused on the relationship between the organizer as a seller and spectator as a customer. The first and second chapter focuses on the historical development of legislation in the territory of the Czech Republic from 1852 and analysis of the current legislation, where occupies considerable space explanations vague legal terms, arising from the statutory regulation. In addition, this thesis allowed to the readers an insight into the laws of selected countries relating to the offense of disorderly conduct. The third chapter is working with psychological concepts. The author tries to explain the phenomenon of spectator violence with use of those...
Parallel robot CoreXY in freetime activities
JANDA, Patrik
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the use of CoreXY Parallel Robot for the teaching of interest circles, then it will deal with the design of suitable model tasks for the CoreXY robot. The last point will be testing the improved CoreXY robot design and model tasks. In the course of the thesis, the design instructions for the CoreXY robot will be developed and usable model tasks in the interest rings.
Sensitivity to magnetic field in Mexican Cavefish
JANDA, Patrik
This thesis deals with the detection of magnetic field perception of cavefishes the Mexican tetra (Astyanax mexicanus). The experiments were carried out in a plus-shaped maze where the direction preference in the individual arms of this maze was studied both in the natural Earth´s magnetic field and in the modified one by using magnets and turning the north-south axis by 90°. The reactions of the specimen on placing a strong magnet close behind the end of the western and later also the eastern arm of the plus-shaped maze were also monitored. It was conclusively found that the Mexican tetra prefer north-south axis. However, after turning the magnetic field by 90° there was no preference of the specimen for the new north-south axis as we expected. Although some of the tests performed here show the perceptiveness of magnetic field of the Mexican tetra and their preference for the noth-south axis, other tests disprove the formulated hypothesis. That is why other new hypotheses about the perceptiveness of the magnetic field should be created so that they could not be disproved in either case. This thesis has served as a stepping stone for further research in the field of magnetoreception of cavefishes.

Animal personality structure in offspring
JANDA, Patrik
The aim of this work was to build breeding pairs of Endler's guppy (Poecilia wingei), to determine their characteristic traits ("shy" and "bold"). Then to breed offspring from these pairs, in which the same personality traits were determined using identical procedure. Finally, the composition of personality traits observed in the offspring were evaluated, consequently, compared to their parents, their heritability was calculated. Personality traits were determined using a modified "Open Field" test (test of open environment) combined with the so-called standard emergency test (test for measuring the time required to leave the safe shelter). Based on the measured data individuals were divided into "shy" and "bold". Then they composed "shy", "bold" and combined pairs (a pair of "shy" was composed of two "shy" individuals, a pair of "bold" of two "bold" individuals and a combined pair was composed of one "shy" individual and one "bold " individual). After breeding offspring of these pairs, their personality traits ("shy" and "bold") were determined in a similar way. By evaluating the results, the heritability of these traits was calculated. Moreover, during this experiment, individual preferences and positions in the column of water were also monitored when inserted into an experimental aquarium. I also examined whether it is possible to increase the number of offspring by creating a more active ("bold") pair, a less active ("shy") pair or a combined pair.
