Guest House "Na Pasekach"

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the project of a guest house, which is located in the area of Žďárské Vrchy. The concerned building stays on its own in a gently sloped down terrain. The whole building is constructed in a barrier-free way and is primarily intended to be used for recreation as well as housing capacity including eating facilities. The aforementioned premises are build on a rectangular groundplan with architectonic features of a log farmer´s house with agricultural buildings inside of the inbuild yard. There is a restaurant in the ground floor, furthermore room for social activities, terace, hall, reception, kachen, store house, bathroom and premises for employees. Attic apartments are constructed in the way that allows different sizes of the rooms. This range varies from two bed up to four bed rooms with a maximum capacity of 18 people including private bathrooms; and also small flat for the keeper of the premises. The building is designed with a wall-bearing system based on fundamental isolating special shaped bricks wasted in boarding of a plinth of fundamentals TERMO, formed from a concrete of a type C16/20. The vertical bearing-constructions are bricked from Porotherm 44 PROFI, Porotherm 36,5 PROFI on a mortar and light construction of a type of wooden house. The ceiling construction is made of prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll Goldbeck. Half-Hipped Roof is made of wooden roof truss and is covered with special roofing material EUREKO DDS II in the shade of black. Facade is partly made of wooden facing, and partly plastered with facade plastering BAUMIT. Windows and entrance doors are wooden. For parking there are 18 spots available, out of which 2 are reserved for people with disabilities.
The family house

The subject of presented thesis is preliminary design of a detached house with workshop, as a design documentation for future building construction. The building is located on sloping land in the village Litohrady and consists of a basement and one above ground floor. The workshop is located on the ground floor. Roofing is solved by warm flat roof construction with an inverted roof assembly. Vertical structure and horizontal load-bearing structures are made out of Ytong system, perimeter masonry of the basement floor is made out of concrete blocks of permanent formwork Best. Construction of the house is based on footings. The main entrance to the house is designed to be in the basement, workshop has its own separate entrance on the ground floor. In the basement there is a living area and utility room with double car garage. The ground floor of the house holds a private zone and workshop. Proposal for the house construction emphasizes the layout design, architectural and construction solutions to energy savings and safety in use.
New building family house

This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house in Čermná. The building is designed as a two-storey house on an almost flat terrain which follows the gentle slope oriented towards the south. The entrance of the house is oriented towards the west. In the same section of the house there is also a dressing room, guest room, bathroom with a toilet, utility room, staircase hall, living room, dining room with a kitchenette and pantry. Opossite of the entrance there is also a garage with a its separate entrace. On the second floor there is a private zone which consists of two children´s rooms, a bedroom and a study. On the same floor a hall, bathroom with a toilet and spa are located together with the entry to a green roof. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceiling above the lowest level is made of clay system Heluz Miako with a concrete slab. The building is covered with warm flat roof with a slope of 3%.
Study of physical properties of natural thermal insulation materials

This thesis describes factors influencing behaviour of thermal insulation, demands placing on thermal insulation and various types of natural thermal insulation materials. The main task in the thesis deals with the possibility of substitution classic thermal insulation for natural thermal insulation.
New building family house

This bachelor s thesis deals with the creation of a plan for a detached house in Vranov. The building is designed as a two storey building, situated in absolutely leveled terrain, which opens to the south. The entrance is located in the central part of the house, oriented to the nord. In the first floor, there are communication facilities which also provide access to the garrage and technical basement, as well as the kitchen, dining room and the living room. This space is also the way to enter the second floor, which contains the private zone, in adition to the bedroom, children s room, guest room and two bathrooms. Vertical constructions are designed of hollow bricks without the need of any thermal insulation. Floor structures are rib- and-filler refabricated. The building is covered with a 3% slope flat roof.
The family house with workshop

Substance of the project is a two-story family house with a premise located on the border of village Brodek u Konice. Ground floor consists of three functional parts. The first part is constituted of a joinery workshop with social facilities, a stockroom and a design workroom. The second part is formed by a garage for two vehicles. The third part consists of a space of an acommodation unit. This part is linked with an attic of the acommodation unit by a two-plystairs. Object is based on strip foundation of basic concrete. Constructional system is formed by ceramic blocks and concrete-ceramic ceiling. The apartment is covered with a saddle roof, which changes to a cut roof over the garage. Over the joinery workshop is placed a single-layer flat roof with a function of a terrace.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of a timber frame house situated in the cadastral area Hodolany, region Olomouc. It is a detached house standing in existing resident area. It is designed for a family of four. The house has two storeys. It is connected with garage. There is the flat roof with parapet wall. It is designed as a timber frame construction with Rigidur boards.
Atrial House in Modern Development

The subject of my thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an atrium building in modern buildings in the village Spojil street on the Okružní 116/1. A typical char will be the atrium, which will be adjacent residential areas, while in the peripheral walls of the minimum window for privacy for their residents. The building is without a basement, with single-storey flat roof. The base structure is designed from the blocks and shuttering Best of strip footings of plain concrete. The outer and inner walls of the bricks POROTHERM Profi DRYFIX. The house is designed as a single-member family for 4-5 personers. Project drawings were created in ArchiCAD 15 student version and visualization program Sketchup 7.

The building is designed of individual sandwich system and it's roof design is that of flat with growing layer. Project documentation is elaborated in accordance with currently valid laws, regulations and standards.
Study of the moisture-transport properties of polymer cementious screed for external thermal insulation composite systems

This diploma thesis deals with study of the moisture-transport properties of polymer cementious ETICS mortars at different doses of redispersible polymer powder. The effect of aerate on these screeds is also investigated. The thesis also evaluates the effect of use various external surface treatments due to risk of cumulate moisture in the perimeter structure.
