Title: Sports event management: Mayor's Lax Cup 2015 Objectives: Analysis of 4th annual Mayor's Lax Cup, organized by SK Lacrosse Jižní Město. Subsequent suggestions for improvement in next years. Methods: Survey uses case study as a method. Data is collected through participant observation, documents analysis, and semi-structured interview. Conducting of SWOT analysis based on collected data. Results: Mayor's Lax Cup is a promising sports event with plenty of room for improvement. Based on these imperfections I made a list of suggestions and proposals for next years. Title: Competency profile of stuntman Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to create the competency profile of the ideal stuntman. This competency profile should reveal key personality traits, qual- ities and abilities and in the future should help to choose a new stunt people. Methods: The thesis uses interviews with leading Czech stuntmen. The list of competencies based on interviews and written sources was distributed by questionnaires. To as- sess the importance has been selected 4 level Likert scale without a central value and respondents were only active Czech stuntmen. Topic: Comunication in junior sports team Object: The main goal of this Thesis was to find and evaluate communication techniques, forms and signs, which have the most effect on players during the training process. Metodology: The Thesis used the qualitative method of data gathering, through the use of a questionnaire. Altogether $! younior category players, from ages 15 to 18, from a hockey team in Košice took part. The questionnare was specially modfied for the purposes of this Thesis. Results: The resulst of the questionnaire are presented through the use of graphs and tables. Title: Competence profile and demands on personality of coach youth in athletics Goals: Result of the thesis " Competence profile and demands on personality of coach youth in athletics " will be a key tool in the selection of new youth coaches in Prague athletic club Spartak Praha 4. The aim is to create a personality profile athletics youth coach. Methods: All respondents were interviewed by a written assessment of personality traits. A group of experts (trainers) in addition to the written forms was invited to semistructured interview, on the basis of which was compiled a list of competencies for use in a written interview. Results: The result is job competency profile coach youth athletics. Results of the survey were captured graphically. Title: Brand KSP Kladno Goals: The thesis aims to develop the new elements of brand KSP Kladno. Methods: Analysis of the documents by which we obtained data from the environment of KSP Kladno. To analyze the documents we used descriptive case study to a more detailed study of deficiencies in the elements of brand. Interviews with the chairman of the club and group discussion with individual club members to get their ideas about the new features of brand. Interviews and group discussion are semi- structured with a defined range of topics. A personal observation, which we refine the results of interviews and group discussion. Results: The results represent the creation of new brand elements of KSP Kladno. Based on data collected from interviews and group discussion, a new logo, slogan and anthem of the club were created. Title: Analysis of customer satisfaction in six selected Expreska fitness premises and their mutual comparison Objectives: This diploma thesis deals with the research of satisfaction and expectations of female customers of the Expreska circle training in selected six establishments in Prague and consequent comparing of these places. Satisfaction is measured using a questionnaire, in which the customers asses the perceived quality of services and the quality of services that is important to them. On the basis of obtained data there is conducted analysis of sociological parameters such as age, occupation, monthly income, etc. The main research is completed with the survey of former Expreska customers and in conclusion there is comparison of the two surveys. Methodology: The survey of customer satisfaction is carried out using questionnaires, which lies in the method of SERVQUAL. It is compared the expected quality and truly perceived quality of the service. Secondary data about the fitness center are obtained through the analysis of documents and author's own investigation at the fitness premises. Marketing Research of the perceived value of the sport brand Air Jordan

Title: Marketing research of the perceived value of the sport brand Air Jordan. Objectives: The main aim of the Bachelor thesis is using marketing research to determine how basketball players engaged in the highest Czech competition Kooperativa National Basketball League, perceive and know sports brand Air Jordan. Methods: Method of work is marketing research, which is conducted by written inquiries. Results: The results of the research are interpreted in the practical part of the thesis. The responses show that basketball players in Czech Republic know the brand, logo, country of origin and the first product of Air Jordan, with which the brand entered the market. On the other hand their knowledge is not so profound. Only a third of respondents is aware that the brand Air Jordan was separated from the parent company and operates independently. Air Jordan is seen as a mark of quality, innovation, precision and primarily as a basketball brand. Air Jordan occupies third place among sport brands behind Nike and Adidas. Basketball players have positive and loyal relations to the brand Air Jordan. Most of respondents would recommend Air Jordan to their friends. Sport activities among students of primary school and high school in Louny

Title: Sport activities among students of primary school and high school in Louny Objectives: Bachelor thesis is about research of sport activities among students of high school and primary school in Louny. The aim of this thesis is to find out in which sports are students engaged and what are the main motivators and bariers in sport. With regard to the local sport situation, we want to find out in which sports are students interested in and alternatively they would like to try it. Methods: Sport activities among students has been investigated by using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was realized in written form. Results: Results of this survey has shown that the level of sport activity among student of high school and primary school is high. Compared to 2010, sport situation has improved. Frequency of doing sport has increased. Despite the particular problems, student are rather satisfied with the local sport situation.
