Creation of geoinformatical system for mobile devices
Jakl, Michal ; Čábelka, Miroslav (advisor) ; Kříž, Jan (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to design and create a complex community geoinformatical system for mobile devices with Android OS. The first part presents currently available software tools, with an emphasis on user friendliness and minimal financial costs. The following sections deal with design of client-server system, selection and processing of data into databases and creating algorithms, ensuring the entire system. Emphasis is also placed on optimalization for mobile devices, bilingualism and user friendliness. The practical outcome and application of ideas from previous parts of this work is the creation of a mobile application DoPřírody!, which allows outdoor users to search the database of natural areas (parks, forests, cemeteries and others) and also is able to navigate the shortest route to the selected destination in real time. For registered users it is possible to rate, comment and edit existing areas and add new ones. The conclusion contains comparation with large map servers, the results of publishing application on the Google Play website and conclusions of testing in the community of users. Separation of triazoles from real samples with capillary electrophoresis
Kovač, Ishak ; Jakl, M. ; Šolínová, Veronika ; Jaklová Dytrtová, Jana
The CE has become one of the advantageous tools in fungicides analysis in complex matrices due to its simplicity and separation efficiency. The separation of a group of thee triazole (i.e. penconazole, tebuconazole, and cyproconazole) fungicides was achieved with CD-MEKC with anionic Sg-CD as a selector at pH=4,8. The background electrolyte consisted of TRIS phosphate buffer (50 mmol/L) and 15 mmol/L SDS. The separation was performed on uncoated fused silica capillary with 500/425 mm (total/effective) length under -15 kV separation voltage. Achieved LOD values with this method were: 0,73, 1,88, 0,60, 1,18 (umol/L) for penconazole, tebuconazole, cyproconazole A and B respectively.
Copper complexes with triazoles
Jaklová Dytrtová, Jana ; Jakl, M.
Triazoles are artificial chemicals used as fungicides as well as for pharmaceutical treatment. However, their reactivity is highly influenced by the presence of other chemicals. Especially, the presence of copper cations changes the reactivity of triazole by theoretically unexpected way. We have studied the interactions of the triazole ring with copper cations to help explain the reactivity of triazoles as a group.
Tebuconazole and its behaviour in the presence of magnesium
Jakl, M. ; Jaklová Dytrtová, Jana
Tebuconazole is a fungicide frequently used in agriculture. Its possible impact to (non-)target species is influenced by its presence. Moreover, the presence of triazoles in soil has an impact to bioavailability of nutrients. This study brings the information potentially useful in the evaluation of tebuconazole fate in the environment. The studies based on the electrospray gas phase experiments provide an estimation of the tebuconazole ability to create complexes with magnesium.
Inertial navigation system for mobile phones
Jakl, Michal ; Čábelka, Miroslav (advisor) ; Janata, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis deals with the possibility of connecting inertial navigation sensors (accelerometer, magnetometer and gyroscope) to determine with the highest precision the position of the user without the help of GPS or other networks. This is inherently connected with the need to deal with many sources of errors, which are connected with this positioning method. The research section describes the principle and history of selected navigation methods and current trends in the use of inertial positioning or navigation methods. The methodical part deals with the design of a system able to determine with the highest accuracy the current position of the user from different input conditions. It is designed to obtain the necessary data from both the sensors and the user and their subsequent processing and use to render the user's position. The application section then describes the practical procedure for creating an Android mobile OS application output and in the discussion part is presented and evaluated the knowledge of testing both during the creation and in the final survey among the test users. The conclusion evaluates the goals and summarizes the practical possibilities and limits of the usability of these positioning methods in mobile phones. It also provides suggestions for further development and...
Penconazole and its behaviour in the presence of copper
Jakl, M. ; Jaklová Dytrtová, Jana
Penconazole is a fungicide frequently used in agriculture. Its possible impact to (non-)target species is influenced by its interactions e.g. with copper, typically present in soil as an ion (or in week complexes) or in bodies, as a part of enzymes. This study brings the information potentially useful in the evaluation of penconazole fate in the environment. The studies based on the electrospray gas phase experiments provide an estimate of the penconazole reactivity in copper presence including its possible degradation pathways.
Determination of Bitrex in conifer needles using capillary electrophoresis
Jaklová Dytrtová, Jana ; Jakl, M. ; Konášová, Renáta ; Kašička, Václav
Two extraction procedures have been developed for the sample preparation regarding the determination of Bitrex (Denatonium benzoate) on the surface of conifer needles (1) and in the biomass of the chopped conifer needles (2). The content of the Bitrex in the extracts was determined by capillary electrophoresis with UV-absorption photometric detection. The recovery of Bitrex from the needle surface is 90%, however the procedure designed for determination of Bitrex from needles is not sufficient, because the recovery is only 30 %.
Influence of Fungicide Thiram on Chlorophyll Content and on the Growth of Garden Strawberry (Fragaria Annanasa)
Jakl, M. ; Jaklová Dytrtová, Jana ; Navrátil, Tomáš ; Marková, A.
Thiram is a relatively frequently used fungicide in agriculture and gardening. However, its behavior in environmental systems has not been elucidated in detail up to now. The effect of thiram presence in three different soil types on the yield and chlorophyll contents in garden strawberry plantation was investigated. It is possible to conclude that its presence in soil significantly increased the chlorophyll a and b contents in slightly acidic soil from Humpolec location. The changes of investigated parameters could be ascribed to supported mobilization of Mg, acting together with other nutrients mobilized in low pH of soils. The yield decreased addition in all tested soil types under thiram application.
