Functional Hazard Assessment (FHA) of 4-seat aircraft

At the beginning this master's thesis includes of a comprehensive review of aircraft accidents in this category, 2-6-digit aircraft for passenger transport. Since this work focused on autopilot, so naturally there is a basic overview of most common autopilots, which can be found in these aircraft now, but in the future. Functional hazard analysis (FHA) for the 4-seater plane for passenger services primarily investigates cases of catastrophic malfunction, which in most cases accompanied by the likelihood taken from different databases. The airplane, which is created for this analysis will preferably equipped with instruments for IFR flights. There is also a brief overview of the regulations necessary for the installation of these systems in the airplane. At the end of this work is to design the dashboard, a design layout of equipment for future aircraft, with an emphasis on maximum transparency.

Business secret in business transactions

The main purpose in writing this work was therefore to analyze whether the trade secret belongs to assignable and transferable type of intangible asset law and whether it could be effectively protected. The author of this work has been himself asking questions: first of all what actually is trade secret? And is it possible transfer or cede it? And if it is possible is also possible to protect this intangible asset sufficiently in course of this transaction? The author came to conclusion that trade secret falls within the scope of intellectual property, same as patent, trademark, copyright, though trade secrets are more difficult to transfer and protect then other kinds of intellectual property while they are neither formalized nor well documented. And most of all they supposed to stay hidden forever. The property right in a trade secret is determined by the fact the owner protects its trade secret from disclosure to third parties. On the other hand in order for a valid transaction to take place trade secret must be first of all adequately identified. Above mentioned shall be taken into account while writing various types of contract that could be used for transferring of ceding of trade secrets i.e. license agreement, the contract on transfer of business share, contract for work, contract on lease...

Specifika a analýza investičního životního pojištění v ČR

Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je popsána konstrukce investičního životního pojištění, jeho specifika, charakteristické rysy, výhody a nevýhody. Druhá část je již věnována analýze. V úvodu druhé části jsou popsány faktory působící na trh IŽP, ale i na trh životního pojištění jako celku. Následuje úvaha o vhodnosti IŽP pro vybrané skupiny obyvatel a vývoj nabídky IŽP. V závěru se krátce věnuji vývoji některých důležitých ukazatelů.
