This bachelor thesis is intended to map the current state of technology and the possibility of rapid prototyping in medical use. The first part is focused on the common principle of function of RP technologies. The following section discusses specific technologies essential RP and the level of current applications for medical purposes, including specific examples. Here is an outline of future development of these technologies.

The aim of this thesis is to design solution of load frame, which will be used with built-in hydropuls actuator for testing and diagnosis of diverted road vehicle suspension dampers. The work contains a brief description of the hydropuls technology principle , description of the main components and specific description of several commercially available devices, including their control systems. The next part of thesis is focused on examine of achal design. A complete design documentation is attached to the work.

The first part describes the theoretical bases to explain the statistical methods, which are used in the regression analysis and time series analysis. The practical part focuses on the analysis of selected indicators with the possibility of data alignment and prediction for future progress.

Democracy and state governed by law: harmony or conflict? Abstract The aim of this thesis is to define the concept of the state governed by law and the concept of democracy and to describe the relationship between them. The author of the thesis first reviewed literature defining the state governed by law and democracy and then compared different authors' concepts. These concepts are fundamentally different, therefore they cannot be included in a single definition. With regard to it, both concepts, democracy and the state governed by law, are divided into several subcategories: procedural and substantive democracy, legalistic, formal and material state governed by law. Conccurently, the author of this thesis considers the material state governed by law to be so distinctive that it is inappropriate to call it state governed by law. He chose the term constitutional liberalism for it. The relationship between democracy and the state governed by law is determined by concepts of democracy and concepts of the state governed by law, therefore this part of the thesis is also divided into chapters dealing with the relationship between the state governed by law and democracy, depending on how they are understood.
