Kindergarten

The diploma thesis project deals with a new kindergarten with a café in the inner town of Humpolec. It is a single-storey building, with a flat vegetation roof and parts of a green façade. The layout of the building is divided into kindergarten and café, designed for parents with children. The kindergarten has classes on its sides with facilities for children and employees, the central part consists of common areas, preparatory meals, warehouses, principal's office, technical rooms, facilities for employees. The load-bearing vertical structural system is masonry, horizontal load-bearing ceiling structures made of prefabricated prestressed panels, ceramic system lintels. The technological equipment of the building includes an air/water heat pump for obtaining thermal energy, an air-conditioning unit with heat recovery to ensure forced ventilation. The project is solved at the level of implementation documentation, with the help of graphic systems ArchiCAD, Artlantis, building physics programs Svoboda software and program Light+.

This thesis describes the design of apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. It is a cellar apartment house, standing on the slopes. The apartment building has one basement and free above. Total consists of 5 units of different size and possible, first is barrier free. An object is construction of the ceramic blocks. Ceilings are of ceramic liner and the beams, the roof is gabled roof bag barn. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
