Abstract Background: Until the investigations indicate that addictive substances in transport are serious social and security problem. Studies attribute the most efficient for drivers caught several times - repeatedly with a concentration of 1.5 g / kg and higher, unfortunately, but at higher concentrations higher probability of risk of addiction, which is due to natures rehabilitation programs, counterproductive, because mastering addiction is not the goal of the course (Ferguson et. all., 2001). Goals: The aim of this paper is to explore the issue of traffic offenses where the offender is in a state of excluding fitness to drive, which brought about the consumption of addictive substances and follow-up upon return of a driving license in the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2015. Research questions: a) What is the age of the offenders at the time of the offense proceedings in a state that excludes eligibility? b) What is the source of livelihood...
Synthesis of functional derivatives of malonic acid as building blocks for elastase-inhibitors
Hrušková, Marie ; Opletalová, Veronika (advisor) ; Cahlíková, Lucie (referee)
Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University Bonn The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Pharmaceutical Institute, Pharmaceutical Chemistry I Diploma Thesis Synthesis of Functional Derivatives of Malonic Acid as Buildings Blocs for Elastase Inhibitors Marie Hrušková Human leukocyte elastase (HLE) is a serine protease, which plays an important role in inflammatory diseases. Low molecular weight inhibitors can be therapeutically used for example for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. In this thesis, azetidin- 2,4-dione derivatives should be prepared as HLE inhibitors. In particular, 3- (benzyloxycarbonylamino)-3-ethyl-N-phenyl-azetidine-2,4-dione should be synthesized. The protected amino group was expected to increase the peptidic character of this molecule and thus, affinity to HLE. The starting compound was 2-aminomalonic acid diethylester hydrochlorid. The amino function was protected in the first step, followed by alkylation and then hydrolysis of 2- (benzyloxycarbonylamino)-2-ethylmalonic acid diethylester to 2-(benzyloxycarbonylamino)- 2-ethylmalonic acid. Both the ester of 2-(benzyloxycarbonylamino)malonic acid and the 2-(benzyloxycarbonyl-amino)ethylmalonic acid showed in their 1 H NMR spectra a multiplet in place of the expected quartet. This phenomenon was...

Charles University in Prague Phaculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacology Candidate: Lucie Brátová Supervisor: PharmDr. Marie Vopršalová, CSc. Title of Diploma Thesis: The effect of acetylcholinesterases reactivators on the cholinesterases and cholinoreceptors This thesis is concerned with the effects of oximes on the muscarinic receptors. In the first half of the theoretical part there is a description of the autonomic nervous system, main receptors and action of acetylcholinesterase (AChE). The second part summarizes important nerve gases, organophosphate poisoning and its treatment and finally introduces oximes and their mechanisms of action. The practical part shows the metodology of experiments on the atria tissues in the rat. Both in vitro and in vivo procedures demonstrated effect of oximes on the M2 receptors and their antimuscarinic properties. The in vivo studies were focused on the two contradictory effects - the inhibition of AChE and the inhibition of muscarinic receptors by the very same compound.
Eugene A. Nida and his contribution to Translation Studies
Hrušková, Marie ; Jettmarová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Hedánek, Jiří (referee)
This theoretic-historiographical thesis examines the life and work of the linguist and translation theorist Eugene A. Nida (1914-2011). It analyses his theoretical and methodological underpinnings, most important publications and theories and evalues his contribution to translation studies. Nida is presented in his role of theoretician, methodologician and organiser, whose theory of formal and dynamic (or functional) equivalence contributed to the development of Bible translation and translation theory in general. The thesis includes comprehensive bibliography of E. Nida.

Background: The state of exclusivity must be investigated and proven in each particular case. In order to establish the conclusion about the influence of the driver, it is necessary to draw up an expert opinion from the field of health care, the branch of psychiatry (Explanatory Report to Act No. 233/2013 Coll.). Research to date has shown that addictive substances in transport are a serious social and security problem. For recidivent drivers who have committed a criminal offense under the influence of an addictive substance (or a misdemeanor, or have a personal interest in a rehabilitation program), there is a possibility of a rehabilitation course. Goals: The main aim of this work is to bring knowledge about the decision-making practice of the courts in the case of a criminal offense under the influence of addictive substance. Another aim of this work is to map out the problem of the threat of drug addiction and follow-up measures set by the court in imposing sentences and their relation to the recommendation of rehabilitation programs or some of the forms of treatment of problem / addictive use of addictive substances. Methods: The data were obtained by analyzing 50 judgments and four interviews with judges from the Prague 2 District Court, which were held in April 2017. Selection of the...

(in English): The subject of this thesis is an annotated translation of the third chapter of the book Hard Line: The Republican Party and U. S. Foreign Policy since World War II by Colin Dueck. The thesis consists of two main parts - a translation and a commentary. The commentary is divided into four chapters, the first one consists of a translation analysis of the original text based on the model of Christiane Nord and the next three chapters deal with translation problems, the translation strategy and translation shifts, respectively.
