The theme of this bachelor’s thesis is overhead electric hoist, designed for lifting capacity 1,500 kg. It produced a technical report containing the calculation and design of electrical drives and lifting travel hoists including control of these drives. There are also carried out appropriate travel gear and travel, clutches, brakes and bearings and strength calculation of ropes and rope drum. Part of this work is to build the entire proposed drawing devices.

Plain Bearings of Six-cylinder CI Engine

This master’s thesis focuses on hydrodynamic plain bearing drivetrain in-line sixcylinder diesel tractor engine. In the first part is used as reported in contemporary bearing materials and design solutions bearing basins. Furthermore, given the general Reynolds equation of hydrodynamic lubrication. The main part of the thesis is devoted to creating a virtual model of the crank mechanism in MBS system ADAMS/Engine. Rigid crankshaft in this model is replaced by the flexible crankshaft, which is prepared in the FEM software ANSYS and then exported. The final section presents the results of simulations and their evaluation.

Možnosti realizace systému veřejných kol v Brně

The thesis deals with bike sharing systems and the implementation possibilities of such a system in Brno. The theoretical and practical parts of the thesis propose a concept of a bike sharing system for the city of Brno. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic principles of bike sharing systems, their history, functionality in selected foreign cities and current situation in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis presents survey results, its goal was to discover current attitudes of Brno's residents to the proposed project of a bike sharing system. The results of the survey show that 53 % of respondents are interested in using the bike sharing system. Based on the results of the survey, analysis of foreign systems and data from the company Homeport, s.r.o., a tariff and placement of stations with bikes are proposed and a financial and economic costs and benefits analysis of the system is given in three options of financing. The results of the financial and economic cost and benefit analysis prove the viability of the bike sharing system in Brno.
