Diseases Caused by Vibrations
Černíková, Eva ; Hrnčíř, Evžen (advisor)
The theme of my thesis due to illness I chose the vibration on the basis of its long-term interest work on medical issues. Effects of environmental factors accompanying mankind throughout its existence and development civilization as a professional activity increasingly affecting his health. The human body constantly has many influences, which is forced to respond. One of these influences, arranged between the factors physical nature, are vibrations. They can lead to professional injuries that cause the highest number of occupational diseases in the Czech Republic. This is mainly a disease caused by transfer of excess vibration on the upper limb at work with various vibrating tools and the overall vibration.
Professional Diseases of Locomotor and Nervous System Caused by Overloading
Volfová, Eva ; Hrnčíř, Evžen (advisor)
The professional diseases of the locomotor and nervous system caused by overloading are included according to the list of illnesses in the charter II (diseases made by physical factors) where they are divided according to the particular diagnoses into four items. These diseases affect both the men and women and interfere almost with all sections of economical sphere. With regard to the number of annual report of these problems it belongs to the most represented. That's why prevention is very important, mainly primary one (technical, technological, organizational and medical provisions). The cause of the professional diseases of the locomotor and nervous system caused by straining is the long - termed excessive and unilateral burden of a certain part of this apparatus when impairment of the demage tissues preceeds more quickly than its renovation. Microtraumas arise there gradually and dystrophic changes leading to reducing of promoting the circulation of the damage tissue and to resulting progress of dystrophy. Pain, swelling and disorder of the function of the demage one belong to the first symptoms. Deformations of joints or rupture of sinuos can appear gradually. The basis of the treatment is the working man's setting aside from the risk of overloading and successive treatment is unwound from individual...

Omnipotent and omnipresent God - The Creator has a personal relationship with his people. Many Jews live in North America and Israel. Jews are convinced that every moment of life is precious....
Diseases of nervous system caused by professional overloading of locomotor apparatus
Kozák, Šimon ; Hrnčíř, Evžen (advisor)
Results have shown that as far as overload diseases in the Czech Republic are concerned, the situation is far from satisfactory. The biggest number of such cases was registered in 1996-2000. In this period, incidence of overload diseases reached on average 350 cases a year. The highest occurrence was recorded in 1997, with 477 cases. In subsequent years (2000-2004) there was a fall and on average 280 cases were registered annually. In 2005, the incidence of overload diseases rose again to over 300 cases a year. I am of the view that the variation of overload diseases is caused by a number of reasons. Behaviour of individual employees is one of the main ones. As I have said, forced reduction of staff in many companies during the past years has increased their fears of the loss of job, which has led to the dissimulation of many health defects. One can see a seeming fall in the incidence of professional diseases due to overload diseases in general. One has also to take into account the problem that is in the background. Not all cases are really registered. As a result, we do not know whether the incidence in 2000-2004 was higher than in the previous years or perhaps similar. It seems likely that real numbers of recorded overload diseases do not correspond to the real number of afflicted persons. Due to this,...
Health problems connected with using means of transport
Bouchner, Karel ; Hrnčíř, Evžen (advisor)
Modern transportation does not only advantages for easy and fast avaible moving to remote destinations. So it may cause any level of health risks. Well known and most mentioned health problems in connection with transportation are certainly very dangerous respiratory infection. These diseases are feared problems because of their ease of dissemination. Everyone will immediately imagine a global influenza or SARS pandemic, spreading by air travel and total globalization very fast. Also pulmonary embolism in connection with travel thrombosis is a media grateful theme, although the danger to passengers without risk factors is relatively small. However passengers are threatened by another equally signifiant, but often overlooked, health risks I would refer. In this respect I am targeting on non-specific health consequences of chronic noise (not only in transport or work, but also in environment) on which the discussion has only just begun. In the other hand there are patiens suffering from back pain, one of the most common lament. This work deals also with psychological aspect of health disorders associated with travel. Travel sometimes brings people health problems which needs know, prevent and treat.
Noise and its health hazards, noise studies and preventive measures
Barvířová, Šárka ; Hrnčíř, Evžen (advisor)
In my work I have focused on evaluating health risks in the work-environment. I describe a biological effect on the auditory apparatus and the adverse effects of noise on human health, the breakdown of noise according to its types and its sources. The results show that the noise does not cause specific disease to the exposed persons, but generally their health status is getting worse and contributes to the earlier breakout of disease that would otherwise be reflected later and worsens their procces. In the part of the prevention and protection the options are described in the work and off - work environment . The most important prevention of noise I would firstly state above all the legislative measures. The most effective precaution is to reduce noise at its source. Further it is in my work dealt with the possibilities of the noise measurement and division of work with exposure to noise in four categories, which are set by legislation. In conclusion, I described a case report in assessing health risks in the work of health professionals, including hygienic stations, including the public health surveillance of health conditions discharging noise limits established the law to protect public health. The case report is presented a procedure for resolving complaints about noise from a music club.
Diseases caused by ionizing radiation
Gronychová, Soňa ; Hrnčíř, Evžen (advisor)
The topic of my thesis Diseases caused by ionizing radiation have I chosen on the basis of his interest in this issue. The observation that exposure to ionizing radiation is associated with health risks , coinciding immediately after the discovery of X-rays and radioactivity in 1895 and the 1896th already in the following year was reported by erythema and eczematous changes in the skin. very Mr. discoverer of radioactivity Becquerel in 1901 convinced about the negative effects of their own discovery when he wore 14 days in his vest pocket radio preparation which gave him couple Curie . He appeared with him at length and eczema -healing ulcer , which also confirmed and self- forearm tried P.Curie . Already in 1902 , six years after the discovery of X-rays showed Frieben in Hamburg first tumor induced by radiation. Between 1927 and 1928 the geneticist HJ Muller reported the induction of mutations in X-rays and genetic consequences resulting from radiation exposure . Single and repeated radiation exposure of an appropriately high doses cause radiation syndrome with typical somatic symptoms and consequent death which probability increases with increasing dose . In the first decades of the use of ionizing radiation in diagnosis and therapy are so many rentgenologové and radiologists become demonstrably victim...
