Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of subtalar dislocation Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to work out a detailed case study of a patient with the diagnosis of subtalar dislocation and a literature search of this topic. Another goal is to acquire knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of a subtalar joint, knowledge of orthopedics related to this diagnosis and knowledge of possibilities of physiotherapeutic care of such a patient and also active participation on the therapy of this patient. Methods: I used assays and physiotherapeutic approaches which I learned during the bachelor studies on FTVS UK. Background for the special part of this thesis was gained during the special practice in C.L.P.A s.r.o. since 10.1.2011 till 4.2.2011. The general part informs about anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of a subtalar joint, about subtalar dislocation and about physiotherapeutic care of this injury. Special part includes methodology of the work, anamnesis, opening kinesiologic analysis, individual therapies, outcoming kinesiologic analysis and the effect of the therapy. Lenka Satrapová Year of defense: 2012 Aim: The aim of this thesis is to summarize theoretical findings, application of the methodic of physiotherapy, process of the treatment and the observation its progression in patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions. Methods: The literature search and the case study of this issue were proceeded within the practical experience (from 9th January 2009 to 9th February 2009) in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague (Centre of Motor Apparatus Treatment). The first part of the work is concerned with the theoretical knowledge of the knee joint (anatomy, biomechanics, medical imaging, traumatology and physiotherapeutic methods and examinations). The second part contains the case report which refers to the patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions, the treatment, the therapy and the pursuance of the curative effect. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Fracture of External Ankle Aim: The aim of this thesis is to get teoretical and practical knowledge about ankle fractures and their treatment. Method: The thesis includes research of literature about the problem. It consists of two parts: general and special. In the general part, there is a basic description of the anatomy and function of lower leg and ankle joint. Next there is the description of traumatology of this area, especially fractures. It studies the mechanism of fracture formation, surgical and conservative treatment and the possibilities of physiotherapy intervention. The special part is constructed as a case study. It includes detailed assessment of a patient, an initial kinesiology analysis which determines the aim and methods of the therapy. Next there is described the cousre of individual therapeutic units, final kinesiology analysis and a therapy efficiency evaluation. Title: Case Study of the Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnostis of a sprained ankle Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to present the theory, followed by a case study of the rehabilitation of a sprained ankle. The theoretical portion summarizes the findings and approaches of ankle injury treatment. The following section introduces a case study of a patient with a sprained ankle, specifically the application of the theoretical portion in practice, in the format of a case report. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: general and special. The general part sums up the theoretical research conducted, referencing anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanic and traumatology of the ankle. The next part includes functional examination around the ankle and follow-up treatment and rehabilitation deemed appropriate after a sprained ankle. This special part of this thesis presents the case report of a patient in detail. This case report was conducted during professional practice at The Centre of Locomotive System Treatment (CLPA). Title: Case of Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient after radial head replacement Objectives: The main objective of this Bachelor's thesis is to summarize the knowledge and studies related to the issue of elbow injuries, in particular radial head fracture, to summarize the comprehensive rehabilitation following this injury and to use this knowledge for preparing a case report on a patient with this injury. Methods: The general part of the thesis provides a summary of the anatomy, biomechanics, theoretical knowledge about elbow injuries and total elbow replacement. The special part of the thesis provides the case report of a female with radial head replacement, which was prepared in the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu during the period from January 6, 2014 to January 31, 2014, under the supervision of the physiotherapist Mgr. Jakub Hoskovec. The thesis further includes the baseline and final kinesiological analysis, describes the individual therapeutic sessions, and evaluates the effects of therapy and the respective physiotherapy techniques. Methodological approach: The thesis is divided into two main sections, a general and a special one. The general section contains anatomical, biochemical a kinesiological knowledge related to vertebrogenic illnesses. Then, the description of cervicobrachial syndrome, its clinical symptoms, etiology and treatment options are presented. The special part is the core of the thesis. It was prepared on the basis of countinuous professional practice at the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague, from January 5 to 30, 2015. Comparison of medical expertise in terms of indications of rehabilitation procedures in treatment of patients with back pain

This thesis is focused on mapping the problem of treatment vertebrogenic algic syndrome in terms of rehabilitation procedures of patients with this problem in medical offices. I have focused on access of general practitioner, neurologist, orthopeadist and rehabilitation physician, who most often meet this problem. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first part there is the concept of vertebrogenic algic syndrome, its epidemiology, etiology and clinical picture. Then I focus on a clinical examination of the patient, and I present the definition and content of the various medical specialists. The practical part survey process that focuses on the real situation in physician's offices and is focused on finding the most frequent causes vertebrogenic algic syndrome, how many patients each doctor visit, which is standard procedure for examination and treatment of what doctors usually indicate.

Methods: The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part includes information from the areas of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, knee-joint traumatology, clinical examination, injury causes, therapeutic possibilities, subsequent rehabilitation, physiotherapeutic examination methods, and rehabilitation in the individual phases of treatment, including therapeutic goals. The special part was carried out based on practical experience at the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Vysočany between August 28 and September 25, 2015. It includes a detailed case study of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. It also contains the patient's medical history, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long- term physiotherapeutic plans, individual therapies, final kinesiological analysis, and final assessment of the therapeutic effect.
