Communication in healtcare with orientation on ambulatory treatment

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out the most frequent causes of conflicts in ambulant components. It was further investigated if there is any influence or whether the appearance and behavior of a nurse has any impact on a problem behavior of a patient. The last goal was to determine how to prevent these conflicts in the area of ambulant components. The theoretical part is focused on definition of the concept of communication and its characteristics. I have focused on the types of communication and emphasize its importance in the profession of a nurse. It is followed by personal characteristics of a nurse. Assertive behavior, which can help to improve the communication between a nurse and a patient, is also mentioned. The empirical part describes a quantitative method of the data collection by questionnaires. The administration of questionnaires, their return and mathematical processing of the data are also described. All is followed by the results and their interpretation. At the end of the thesis there is an evaluation of the formulated hypotheses that have emerged from the objectives of the thesis.

Bachelor thesis Margaret Thatcher's foreign policy. Her attitude to communism and to the Soviet Union in the eighties shows on singles examples development of Margaret Thatcher's attitude to communism when she was the prime ministr of Great Britain. Her critical opinions to communism was clear in the perion when she wasn 't in high policy, at the beginning this thesis are consider on how she get on the post of the prime minister. Most attention is given to the period when she was the prime minister. Thesis try according to her's reactions to the singles examples, which influenced relations between East and West in the eighties, shows development of her attitudes to communism. Next question is if her anticommunism was influenced by her quite good relationship with the leader of Soviet union Michail Gorbachev. Intention of this thesis is look into conception of foreign policy of Margaret Thatcher towards Soviet Union. What influenced her's decisions and by what she guided in her 's foreign polici towards Soviet union.

HPLC separation of chlorophenoxypropionic acid derivatives

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the separation of chlorophenoxypropionic acids and their derivatives by a high-performance liquid chromatography. The separations were performed in a reversed phase mode. These compounds are employed as herbicides, i.e. chemical substances to control unwanted plants, to kill weeds. The herbicides studied for the purposes of this thesis were 2-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)propionic acid, 2-(2,4- dichlorophenoxy)propionic acid, 2-(2-chlorophenoxy)propionic acid, 2-(3- chlorophenoxy)propionic acid and 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)propionic acid. The study aimed at finding and optimizing chromatographic conditions for simultaneous separation of all five herbicides mentioned above. The analysis employed two types of columns, that is ZORBAX SB-C8 column and ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column whose level of polarity differ. As mobile phases, there were used acetonitrile/water, acetonitrile/formic acid, pH 2.1 and methanol/formic acid, pH 2.1 in various volume ratios. ZORBAX SB-C8 column, mobile phase methanol/formic acid (concentration of 0.365 mol/l, pH 2.1) 40/60 (v/v), temperature of 25řC, and flow rate of 1 ml/min delivered the most convenient separation conditions. This thesis is focused on memories of people born in 20s and 30s of 20th century about traditional folk culture. It is focused on observing original traditions and celebrating traditional festivities and what sense had these traditions for them and how they ment it. First part of this thesis is focused on narratives life stories. Second part is about memories of traditional customs and habits and how was changing their way of celebrating during prewar period, war and in time of socialism. Last part is dedicated to dancing. Storytellers spoke about dancing opportunities, their own dance experience and dance perofrmances in the theatre.

Awareness of the Concept of folk Dance in higher Education

This thesis focuses on awareness of college students about folk dance. How they perceive folk dances, how they relate it and what they think about it. I also wanted to find out what is their idea about folk dance, and if their idea coincides with reality. Part of my work was a lesson in folk dance for non-dancers. After completing this lesson participants shared their opinions and suggestions from which I have learned how the folk dance worked with them.

This bachelor thesis deals with a liability for damages in Labour law, especially with a part where an employee is liable to his employer. The main part of the thesis includes explanation of liability according to the Labour Code. This part contains both general and specific legal regulations. The following part is practical and involves examples of judicial decisions and solutions used by companies in cases of liability. Pursuant to these decisions there is an assessment of legal regulation at the end of the thesis.

Ve své práci se snažím shrnout vývoj personálních informačních systémů, porovnat poskytovaná řešení od známých společností vyvíjejících software a dále čtenáře detailně seznámit s jedním řešením, s jeho inovovaným řešením a s jednou ojedinělou funkčností, kterou toto řešení poskytuje. Touto funkčností je sledování znalostí zaměstnanců za účelem rychlejšího vytváření pracovních týmů, které se v jistých typech společností často mění.
