Effect of Diclofenac on Autotrophic Organisms

This work is linked with the former dissertation on Eco-toxicological evaluation of non-steroid and anti-inflammatory medicaments and so for this reason there was spread the test spectrums of chronic toxicity of diclofenac. There were used The test of inhibition of germination seeds Lactuca sativa and The test of alga toxicity Desmodesmus subspicatus for assessment of chronic toxicity of diclofenac. There were found these values for diclofenac from these tests: The test of inhibition of germination seeds Lactuca sativa 72h IC50 0,16 mg/l (0,01 - 3,76 mg/l). The test of alga toxicity Desmodesmus subspicatus 72h IC50 671 nm: 41,30 mg/l (18,76 - 90,91 mg/l) and 750 nm: 23,60 mg/l (14,98 - 37,18 mg/l). Ecotoxicological evaluation of the non-steroidal and anti-inflammatory drug

In this work the ecotoxicity of diclofenac was monitored. Four tests of toxicity were selected for evaluation of this influence - one acute test (with Thamnocephalus platyurus), two semi-chronic tests (with Tetrahymena thermophila, Sinapis alba seeds) and one chronic test (with Brachionus calyciflorus). Values for diclofenac have been found from these tests: 24hEC50 5,058 mg/l - THAMNOTOXKIT FTM , 24h EC50 32,88 mg/l (23,07 - 46,86 mg/l) at 492 nm - more generation test with organism Tetrahymena thermophila, 48h EC50 1,363 mg/l (0,7848 - 2,366 mg/l) - ROTOXKIT F CHRONIC, 72h EC50 71,42 mg/l (62,51 - 81,60 mg/l) - a semi chronic test with Sinapis alba seeds. Kinesiotherapy of elderly people who live in a retirements house

Cíl práce Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je na základě praktických zkušeností formulovat použité přístupy u sledované skupiny klientů a pokusit se určit míru působení intervence na celkový psychický a fyzický stav sledovaných seniorů. Metoda K získání potřebných informací jsem použila metodu zúčastněného pozorování, neformální rozhovor a testování pomocí testů MMSE a Testu hodin. Zjištěné informace z testů MMSE a Testu hodin byly zpracovány a zaneseny do tabulky. Výsledky Výsledkyjsou zpracovány a zaneseny do tabulky. Reprezentují vliv kinezioterapie na seniory. Experimental testing of reactivity of huzul horses

This thesis experimentally tested the reactivity of 39 horses from which there were 19 huzuls, 10 Czech warmblood horses, 1 Noriker, 1 crossbreed of thoroughbred and Lipizzaner horse, 1 coldblood horse, 3 half-blood horses and 4 thoroughbreds. The objective of the thesis was to compare the reactivity of Huzul horses used for hippotherapy and training of children with a control group of horses used for recreational riding, and asses the suitability of huzul horses for use in hippotherapy from a reactivity point of view. During the test horses were presented with four objects (a moving and vocalizing toy of piglet, a mirror, an umbrella and a ball). Each of those was presented to the horse for 20 sec. The reactions of the horses to each of the objects were evaluated and used to calculate an avarage reactivity score for each horse. Based on the results of the statistical analysis, it was shown that the reactivity of the huzul horses used in hippotherapy and training of children was lower than that of the control group.

The Effects of Brand Extension Strategy, Beer Industry Case Study

Today there seems to be an increasing number of products similar to one another, especially on the fast-moving consumer goods market. Due to this recent trend, differentiation is necessary for companies to define their brand in relation to its competitors. One of the possibilities is the implementation of the brand extension strategy. The main objective of this master thesis is to investigate and analyze the effects of different types of brand extension strategies with the focus on the beer market. The first part of the thesis includes a thorough research of primary and secondary data, which provides insight into new trends and factors that influence the brand extension strategy and its success. The second part is more practical and is devoted to a case study of a Czech premium brand called Frisco. Given its increasing competition on the market, Frisco has recently changed its core strategy and extended portfolio.

The subject of the thesis is to propose an advertising campaign for the company SAMOHÝL OLOMOUC a.s. Theoretical part contains generally theoretical work, basic concepts, therms and methods of work. The analytical part deal with marketing problems of the company, its analysis, analysis of market and competition, marketing research and SWOT analysis. The final section is formed by evaluating their own proposal of solutions of issues, their effectiveness, economical requirements and their possibilities to integration to the company.

Design of public health scan

As a main in this project is the shape. The feature component for completely creation look was the conception of the base part of the machine with buit-in computer unit. I was get along from the base conception to the design partial fragments of the machine and associate complex look of ultrasound. The function of the machine is relatively difficult and analysis of it is complicated in time. That is why I am introducing only evolution of design and ergonomy. The aspire was to approach medical diagnostic machines to patients and raise the positive thinking to them. The colour alternation is choose with the respect to psyche of examine human at the same time.
