Surface roughness measurement of shaft parts of gearbox MQ100 using scattered light method
Horák, Josef ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This thesis primary deals with the possible use of measuring the surface texture of gearbox MQ100 shaft parts in serial production by the scattered light method. The introduction briefly describes the company ŠKODA AUTO a.s., as well as gearbox MQ100. The paper continues by describing the process of manufacturing shaft parts, focusing on grinding, no. 130 for pinions and no. 135 for drive shafts, which is the last process of manufacturing shaft surfaces. The next part of the thesis describes the quality of ground surfaces in gearbox MQ100 shaft parts for the control period, followed by the dependency evaluation of parameter Aq, concerning the surface-structure optical measurement, on parameter Rz. After the dependency has been determined, the thesis delineates verification tests, and proposes a tolerance value for parameter Aq when taking the measurements by the diffused light method. In addition, a modification of the OptoSurf measuring device is suggested as well as the proposal of issuing a test certificate in order to determine the final tolerance value of parameter Aq.

Hájek, Filip ; Hořák, Jaromír (advisor) ; Vanduchová, Marie (referee)
In my dissertation "Problémy trestního soudnictví ve věcech mládeže" I speak about the issues of criminality of the young and about the forms of reactions to misdemeanour caused by the young perpetrators or children. The main legal regulation in this area is the law no. 218/2003, about the judiciary in cases of the young, that contains the arrangement of the material and the procedural law. In connection to the criminal law and the penal code it is a lex specialis. In the first chapter I speak about the theoretical fundation of the law arrangement, and so about the conception of the restorative judiciary. The main idea of this conception is to favor the educational action before repression. The aim is the relationship reconsiliation between the perpetrator and the victim, the awareness of one's deeds and subsequent continuance in one's life in conformity with legal order. The theme of the second chapter is the terminology of the judiciary law in cases of the young. A different terminology was implemented in order to reduce the stigmatization of the young perpetrators, due the interest of their proper development. The third chapter represents a brief retrospect to the history of law arrangement in the area of criminality of the young. In particular, it speaks about the judiciary law among the young...
Influence of the forest environment under the disparate anthropogenic pressure on insects
Štěpánek, Jakub ; Horák, Jakub (advisor) ; Mladenovič, Strahinja (referee)
Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the influence of environmental variables on the abundance of insects in areas left to spontaneous development. Concretely the location Nature Reserve Forest Polom and National Nature Reserve Žákova hora. In these localities were deployed window traps. Twelve traps at each site. Subsequently were made a total of 4 collections, which were categorized into higher taxonomic groups, the level of orders. Overall were trapped 10 365 individuals divided into 16 orders of insects. With using statistical analysis was evaluated the influence of the environment variables. Environment variables: trunk thickness (cm), distance from the center (m), percentage of spruce (%) had an insignificant effect on the total number of trapped individuals and the number of orders. Statistical significance was demonstrated only for the abundance of the order Hymenoptera in NNR Žákova hora.

Kvantifikace jaterních funkcí pomocí dechového testu s 13 C-methacetinem MUDr. Miluše HENDRICHOVÁ SUMMARY Efforts to evaluace and quantify liver functions has accompanied hepatology over the last 50 years at least. Quantification of liver function was hindered by multiple blood samploing, the low specificity of monitored parameters and the risk of allergic reactions when using conventional chromoexcretory tests. The introduction of breath tests using the non-radioactive isotope 13C allows non-invasive and highly accurate measurement of liver function. Especially 13C.methacetin is a very suitable substrate for evaluation demethylační and oxidative capacity of hepatocytes. Using the breath test with 13 C-methacetin is noninvasive, easy for patients and the results are reproducible. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the use of breath test with 13 C-methacetin into clinical practice as one of standard items in the care of patients with chronic liver diseases. In the first study we are evaluating liver function using breath test with 13 C-methacetin in patients with liver cirrhosis. The results show that the breath test reliably distinguishes patients with liver cirrhosis from patients without liver damage. Using ROC curves we demonstrate that the most advantageous time of the breath test that best predicts...

Criminal and criminological aspects of murder
Hořák, Jaromír ; Fenyk, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Císařová, Dagmar (referee) ; Púry, František (referee)
English abstract Legal and Criminological Aspects of Intentional Homicide JUDr. Jaromír Hořák The study explores selected problems on the subject of intentional homicide that has key importance in terms of differentiation of these delicts through the introduction of privileged and qualified factums of crime. Until recently, all cases of intentional homicide except of infanticide were considered "murder" under article No. 219 of the former Czechoslovak criminal code of 1961. The new Czech penal code passed in 2009 replaces this uniformed conception by a terminological bipartition of "murder" and a less grave crime of "manslaughter", defined as committed in an excusable state of sudden strong mental agitation or as motivated by previous damnable actions of the victim. Furthermore, the new penal code returns to the traditional distinction between "simple murder" and "murder committed with aforethought or after premeditation". The study endeavors to present a comprehensive commentary on the elements of this new system of homicide law. Therefore it examines the cases of intentional killings committed in a state of a strong non- pathological affect (agitation), further it deals with the issue of provocation of the offender by the victim and eventually it concentrates on the qualifying criteria of premeditation....
Disorders of iron metabolism in skin and chronic liver diseases
Krátká, Karolína ; Horák, Jiří (advisor) ; Ehrmann, Jiří (referee) ; Lata, Jan (referee) ; Martásek, Pavel (referee)
Iron is one of the important biogenic trace elements and its role in the mammalian body is indispensable. In nature there is another element with similar characteristics. Iron is part of a series of compounds that provide key functions such as cellular respiration and oxygen transport to tissues. It is also important for cell proliferation and differentiation, the regulation of gene expression and applies also in the immune system. Given that the effects of iron accumulation in genetic hemochromatosis have been investigated in detail, in recent years, increasing attention and concern about the consequences of iron accumulation also in other diseases. Because the results of previous studies are inconclusive and often mutually contradictory, the aim of this work to analyze and clarify the relationship between HFE gene mutations and iron metabolism in the pathogenesis and progression of some skin and chronic liver disease among genetic hemochromatosis.
