The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Evaluation of Quality of Customers

Master thesis deals with quality evaluation customers of Heineken Česká republika, a. s. using the theory of fuzzy logic as an advanced decision-making method, which will be further practically applied within the design of the solution. Based on the selected parameters, a model will be developed to optimize the value of the company's customers, on the basis of which the company may also decide whether to cooperate with the customer or it is more advantageous for them to terminate this cooperation. The work itself is supported by Microsoft Excel and MATLAB.

Analysis of Economic Indicators Using Statistical Methods

This thesis deals with evaluating the economic situation of the company FEI Czech Republic, s.r.o.. The aim of this thesis is to formulate recommendations, which are based on a future development predictions of the selected economic indicators. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part contains description of selected economic indicators and statistical methods used in this paper. It serves as the basis and source of information for the practical part. The practical part contains constructions of regression models and recommendations based on them. These regression models also serve as a data source for determining the strengths and weaknesses of the company. All recommendations are contained in the final part of the thesis.
