Liber pravitatis haereticorum from Parish of Humpolec from the 50th to 80th of 18th century
HOLUB, Pavel
The aim of the thesis of title Liber pravitatis Haereticorum from Parish of Humpolec from the 50th to 80th of 18 century is processing of Liber Pravitatis Haereticorum from the collection of Dean´s Office in the publishing form for the use of the transliteration. The editi-on is accompanied by the apparatus with the initial article in which I have with the book from the view of the diplomatical-administrative perspective. The breakdown of this work is in line with the assignment of the project. The series are preceded by the study and because of the formal reasons, they are included in attachments. The study is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the diplomatic-administrative contexts of the Parochial Offices in the 18th century. Through analysis of books and documents preserved in the Fund of Dean´s Office. I have tried to include Liber Pravitatis haereticorum into the wide spectrum of the documents currently stored in the State District Archives in Pelhřimov. The second chapter deals directly with the book Liber Pravitatis haereticorum. The structure of this chapter is based on three diplomatic methodological views. On the basis of the use of the further material and the other methods (inductive and partly also comparative) can be noted that Humpolec book of the rectificated heretics is the original of the books in-tended for the internal use by the Authority. The writer have recoursed Parish of the Register Office for some registration and partly some of the forms he have copied from the born and dead registers into this book. Through diplomatic and administrative-historical analysis has been managed to clarify the origin and the evolution of the forms, and the book Liber Pravitatis Haereticorum itself from the Parish of Humpolec, together with its original purpose.
The Town book of Pacov from the 1475-1683
Holub, Pavel ; Ebelová, Ivana (advisor) ; Sulitková, Ludmila (referee)
6 Annotation The aim of the thesis is to introduce an urban book of Pacov in term of a diplomatic analysis. This urban book was established from the second half of 15 century to the second half of 17th century. The actual analysis of the registers is introduced by two sub-chapters. The first one is focused on the socio-politico-administrative development of the areas of Pelhřimov and Pacov during the late medieval and early modern period. The environment of Pacov is directly reflected in the section devoted to municipal laws, which aim is to put the content of privileges issued for Pacov to a broader social context. The sub-sections describing the outward signs of the urban book, an analysis of the registers from a diplomatic-content analysis point of view and the urban book in the context of the written production of the municipal office are the central part of the analysis of the urban book of Pacov. The groups sorting of different types of registers is based on the structure of municipal book as Ludmila Sulitková has applied to the urban environment of Brno books in the context of the urban book development in the Middle Ages. This classification is based on the results of a longtime research, whose origin can be associated with Václav Vojtíšek. The main consideration in the discussion of each register...
The Oberhollabrunn System of Records Services in the First Half of the 20th Century.
Holub, Pavel ; Šouša, Jiří (advisor) ; Ryantová, Marie (referee) ; Sviták, Zbyněk (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to analyse office reform which was implemented in the first two decades of the 20th century in the environment of Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. As its beginnings are bound up with District Office in Oberhollabrunn (nowadays Hollabrunn) situated in Lower Austria it is commonly reffered to as so-called Oberhollabrunn system, eventually as Low-Austria system or also Kielmansegg reform. In 1905 its utilisation was spread to all district offices in Lower Austria and it was implemented in one of the offices in Halič, in Přímoří and in Moravia as well. On the basis of an in practice tried and tested norm it was searched for a way of how to improve officework also at provincial offices (governorships). Therefore for example Prague's office of the second instance of state administration acceded to their own form of solution. According to its author this variant bears the denomination Raprrich's system. The introductory part of the presented thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the literature concerning modern diplomatics in the context of the office reforms. A particular chapter is an elaboration on the methods of modern diplomatics and their applications in the research of the office reform as itself. The third chapter represents the transformation of the administration on the level...

Tolerated Before Toleration Act, Nontolerated After Toleration Act? Non-Catholics In Humpolec In The Latter Half Of The 18th Century.
HOLUB, Pavel
This bachelor{\crq}s thesis deals with ``secret`` non-Catholicism in the pre-Toleration Act period and early Toleration Act years, i.e. between 1755-1795. The main objective of the thesis is to cast light on the standing of non-Catholics in the town before and after Toleration Act was issued. In the first two chapters I try to compare development of non-Catholicism in Humpolec and research findings by Eva Melmuková and Zdeněk R. Nešpor in other places. The actual research on the territory of the town of Humpolec is described in the second part of the thesis. First I attempted to trace non-Catholic families in the town. This part is followed by comparison of immovable assets (fields and meadows) belonging to individual non-Catholic landowners as of 1785. The maze of proprietary relations is worked out within the analyses of the individual families. The main source of information for this thesis was records from the Dean{\crq}s Office in Humpolec and from the Archives of the Town of Humpolec deposited at the State District Archives in Pelhřimov supplemented by materials from the Czech Gubernium deposited at the National Archives in Prague. Broader range of sources of information enabled me to reach a new view of non-Catholics in town. In Czech historiography the microhistorical approach for studying this group of people has been reflected only in a small extent. I was offered new views of research of non-Catholicism at a conference held in 2006 in Poděbrady, which inspired me by many scientific procedures that I tried to apply in this thesis, too.
