Production of blade

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the making of a small size ploughshare with a progressive cutting machine, folowed by bending with a bending device. Initially, a compound device had been intended, however, this design has been desisted due to the size of such device. This has led to more possibilities in the cutting planning and the production economics. The rotating design has been chosen. The product is to be made of a steel coil S235JR (11 375). Based on the calculation, the eccentric press machine Smeral S 160 with 1 600 kN force power has been chosen. The economic evaluation is presented at the end of the thesis.
