Determination of the viscosity of various types of wastewater
Glombová, Pavla ; Rusník,, Igor (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is a description of viscosity as a physical characteristic of liquids, next a description of projecting different types of sewer systems (pressure sewer system, vacuum sewer system and gravity sewer system). There was a range of density and viscosity of wastewater experimentally determined. These values were compared with ordinary values used in practice. The practical part of this work consists of sampling wastewater from different types of sewer systems and various localities. Chemical-biological analysis was realized on those samples with defined density, then dynamic viscosity was measured by the rotary viscometer for various temperatures. Measured data are evaluated. Finally, a calculation related to the design of sewers was made.
Alternative wastewater disposal systems
Žagan, Marek ; Balasová, Kateřina (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify alternative options for wastewater disposal in a decentralized system. The introductory part of the work presents wastewater, its composition, pollution indicators and subsequent distribution. The main part introduces alternative, classic and special types of toilets, the method of their transport, wastewater disposal and particularly their main advantages and disadvantages in frequent use. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the parameters of wastewater and proposed general parameters of alternative and conventional toilet systems. The second part of the bachelor's thesis applies and suggests one of the alternative toilet systems in the form of a composting toilet for a selected recreational facility in Bělá, part of the village of Mírová pod Kozákovem.
Pump stations on sewerage network
Rőssová, Markéta ; Raček, Jakub (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on pumping stations on sewer network. In the theoretical part is described the construction solution and machinery equipment of pumping stations. The design of volumes and machinery of pumping stations is also solved. In the practical part are evaluated the two operated pumping stations in the municipalities of Dolní Lhota and Velenov. At the conclusion of the practical part is evaluated the volume and operation of pumping stations in these municipalities.
Container sewage treatment plants up to 500 PE
Krejsová, Věra ; Kaštanová, Barbora (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was making a survey of companies involved in producing container type waste water treatment plants in the domestic market. In the first part of the bachelor´s thesis there is an overview of types of plants, including the method of implementation, use and placement and subsequent operation. In the practical part there is a list of companies active in this field in the Czech Republic that were compared to each other in terms of technological, machine-technological and financial aspects depending on the population for which they are intended for. Data provided by these companies and their processing can be used in selection of container of waste water for expert and unprofessional public, which is considering the acquisition of container plant.
Assessment of the technical condition of the sewer system in the village
Mosná, Silvia ; Korytář, Ivo (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis includes an assessment of the technical state of the sewerage network in Bantice, which is divided into 7 chapters and the conclusion. The work includes legislation that deals with the issue in question. Also general information about the municipality, which includes municipal amenities, geological conditions, hydrological conditions, water infrastructure and others. Due to the fact that a passport has been carried out in the village, one chapter deals with passportization in the village where there is a separate subchapter describing the current state. Thanks to the acquired camera record and passportization, it passes to the next part, evaluation of the technical condition. This work encompasses a part, that deals with remediation of technically most important chesses and sections and subsequently recommends repairs or reconstructions. The last part is the hydraulic assessment of the collecting network, which has been calculated in three variants in order to reach the most realistic situation in the village. There are two drawing in the addition, detailed situation and hydrotechnical situation at 1:2000 scale.
Structural and technical condition of the sewer network
Šimek, Radim ; Hluštík, Petr (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the construction and technical condition of the selected part of the sewer network. The first part of the thesis deals with the problems of designing, exploration and methodology of evaluation of sewerage system and sewer connections. In the second part of the camera records were recorded failure classification according to the coding system ČSN EN 13508-2. The individual shafts and sections of the selected section of the sewer network were evaluated by technical indicators for which the overall technical condition was evaluated. The data was processed in Microsoft Office Excel. The results found show that the selected section of the sewerage network is in critical condition and measures should be taken to address it. At the end of the thesis there are proposed basic possibilities of rehabilitation.
Technical indicators for the evaluation of traditional and alternative drainage ways
Kudrnová, Eliška ; Janás, Pavel (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
In the last years, we indicated progress in use of alternative methods for drainage. Thanks the information from abroad we started design vacuum and pressure methods of drainage instead gravity ones. The main content of this script is especially point out deficiencies of nowadays used alternative methods for drainage, which we can defuse. Another important part is also design of suitable technical indicators describing these drainages.
The study of sewerage in selected municipalities
Soukup, Tomáš ; Hluštík, Petr (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with drainage of selected village Domamil. Include the description of basic types and possibilities of drainage, these findings are applied to determine the most suitable way of draining the selected village.
Annual assessment the water treatment plant Dolní Věstonice
Kovář, Jan ; Vachovec, Roman (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the annual assessment of trial operation of the wastewater treatment plant in Dolní Věstonice. Th e theoretical part focuses on ways wastewater services for municipalities sizes 2001 - 10 000 EO. The following are the most frequently observed indicators which are reported in the current legislation. The practical part is focused on describing the wastewater treatment plant and to assess its condition at the time of trial operation. Calculated parameters of volume and hydraulic loads are then compared with the original proposal in the project documentation. The values of substance loads are compared with current legislation on implementation of runoff. Below are caused failures and problems in the prior operation. A conclusion is determined by energy class watched cleaners in terms of energy consumption.
Eliminating odors in the sewer network
Novotný, Jiří ; Malaník,, Stanislav (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis focusses on the elimination of odor in the sewer system. Firstly, the paper contains the research in problematics of the origin, control and risks of the hydrogen sulfide for humans as well as for the sewer system. Secondly, the paper describes methods for hydrogen sulfide removal from water, air and in addition to that the selected sorbents are described in detail. Practical part deals with sorbent testing for hydrogen sulfide removal in laboratory environment. The practical part also follows up the odor in the particular area through sorption on sewer filters. From the measured data and from the results of the laboratory analyzes the consequences of the odor are evaluated and recommendations for the operator are presented.
