This master`s thesis focuses study of distribution in the selected company. Served distribution contract to the satisfaction of the customer in terms of delivery dates, quality and cost. Analyzes the current state of contract and suggests, based on critical points further steps to improve the situation of management contracts. Evaluates the theoretical approaches and implementation conditions with all the benefits.

Linear Programming Used as an Effective Weapon by Manager

The Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the processes taking place in the firm and their optimization using linear programming. At the first part of thesis the theoretical background, basic concepts and methods are defined, thus become familiar with operational research. Then the current situation and subject of business of the company are analyzed. The analytical section will examine specific situation related to the process in the company, knowledge of linear programming will be applied and we will attempt to find out whether these mathematical discipline can be practically used also in nonmanufacturing company, that is primarily engaged in providing logistics. Finally, the results will be interpreted using the software Maple.
