Art Nouveau art in children's free time

The bachelor's thesis focuses on Art Nouveau art in leisure time. In the first, theoretical part, I focus on defining the concepts of free time, the functions of free time, and the introductory characteristics of Art Nouveau, where I mainly deal with decorative elements such as stucco, painting and sculpture decoration, stained glass, metal elements, and lighting. The practical part is devoted to a project that I created for leisure-time educators and art teachers. Based on the created project, I discussed with art teachers and workshop instructors about the project and supplemented my bachelor thesis with their outputs. The project concept is divided into four blocks that are interconnected and intended for second-grade students. In the first block, I focus on searching for Art Nouveau symbols during a walk around the architecture in Prague. The second block is devoted to discovering Art Nouveau jewelry and its creation. The third block focuses on architecture and the creation of a model. The last, fourth block is devoted to the theme of the vernissage and its preparation, as well as an overall reflection on all the blocks.
Leisure time and leisure activities of middle school age pupils in Slaný

This bachelor thesis deals with leisure time and leisure activities of middle school age pupils in Slaný. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and research. The theoretical part describes and defines the basic concepts related to the work, such as leisure, leisure education, leisure education facilities and characteristics of secondary school-age children. The last chapter is then devoted to a brief description and characteristics of leisure education in Slaný. The research part elaborates on a questionnaire survey conducted among sixth and seventh grade pupils of primary school in Slaný. The main objectives were to find out how pupils spend their free time, what leisure activities and clubs they prefer in their free time and whether or not there is satisfaction with the offer of leisure activities in Slaný. The results have been processed into tables and graphs and the data from the research reflect the current situation. Pedagogical support for children with underprivileged background

The thesis is focused on the support for socially disadvantaged children in the non-profit sector, namely on the tutoring program which is mediated by Czech non-governmental non-profit human rights organization People in Need. The work covers pedagogics of leisure, school preparation and social work. The aim of theoretical part is to give a description of non-profit sector and to define terms such as pedagogy of leisure, social disadvantage or tutoring. The empirical part is based on qualitative research. Using four case studies, it describes the operation of the tutoring program and tries to present its comprehensive picture. The case studies cover children who are tutored in the program and whose have underpriviledged backgrouds from various causes. The case studies were created from data collected in interviews with tutors and also based on findings from participant observation. The collected information also resulted in a practical output of the work, which are methodological cards for people who might want to join the program as volunteer teachers.
Healthy lifestyle of children in an athletic hobby group

The target of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the way of life of children who attend the athletics hobby club and to compare their daily routine with generally valid recommendations that should be followed if we want to live a healthy and quality life. Finally, after evaluating the results of the case study, propose appropriate adjustments and changes leading to an increase in the quality of life or an improvement in sports performance. The theoretical part is dedicated to clarifying a healthy lifestyle and defines generally valid recommendations that a person should follow if they want to live a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, the theoretical part is devoted to the topic of educating children about health in schools, comparing the way of life in history and today. The practical part takes over knowledge from the theoretical part and, using a case study, finds out how children live in an athletics hobby club. The results of the analysis are then compared with generally valid recommendations. The children are then given recommendations for improvement based on the results of the analysis during the interview. Elements of scout education in the childcare

1 ABSTRACT The thesis deals with the benefits of elements of scouting in the after-school club. The aim of the thesis is to design and verify an educational project for the after-school club, where the Scout idea will be interconnected with education in the after-school club. The program works with detailed preparation of individual activities serving as material for governesses in after-school clubs, scout leaders or teacher in leisure facilities. In the theoretical part I characterize the after-school club, its goals, mission and functions in the context of leisure time pedagogy. Furthermore, I describe the intellectual foundations of Scouting, the main principles and goals and also the Scout methodology. In the last charter of the theoretical part, the educational program in the after-school club will be compared with the Scout methodology so that there are clear common elements between them that will be used in the creation of the project in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The practical part of the thesis consists of a project for the after-school club containing elements of scout educational work. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the characteristics of a school-age child, it focuses on children with special educational needs, especially students with specific behavioral and learning disorders. The output of the bachelor's thesis is a structure of city camp, which has a meaningful program, offers activities, games and activities that are suitable, motivating and feasible for these children. The theoretical part characterizes school age, defines a pupil with special educational needs, focuses on specific learning and behavior disorders within the framework of special pedagogy. Explores free time and education in it. Last but not least, it defines a city camp, focuses on play and motivation and how structure is important for children with behavioral disorders. The practical part is devoted to the structure of the city camp, which is designed for children with special educational needs, especially for children with specific behavioral and learning disorders.
