Design of the hammer set

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the design of a product family of hammers by the means of generative design. The core of this thesis is the creation of an algorithm which will generate hammers of unified visual style, but varying properties based on input parameters. It is necessary that these hammers are in shape, ergonomics and dimensions adequate to preferences of the target group of professional workers and that they are producible in series and from commonly used materials. The output is a set of three hammers with different mass and dimensional properties.

The thesis deals with the design of an orthopedic insole with emphasis on breathability and support of a longitudial arch. The insole can be manufactured by using 3D printing technology FFF from a flexible plastic TPU filament. The shape of the insole is based on the contour of a foot. The inner structure was designed in the Grasshopper plug-in and then added to the shape of the insole in Rhinoceros.

The topic of my bachelor´s thesis is the design of the cross line laser. The goal is to improve its technical, technological and ergonomic properties. A multifunctional device is achieved by adding the control of flatness, making the device unique. Design meets the requirements of the modern construction and makes the work of builders more efficient.
