The present bachelor thesis focuses on the structure of policies towards Roma within the capital city of Prague. It tries to answer the question to what extent Roma participation in the policy system is possible and realistic. Keywords: Roma, social...

This thesis designs theoretical model of newly established community as a solution of difficult situation of people in need. The model is described through several important levels (educational, economical, clerical, environmental and historically-symbolical level) and refers to best practices of foreign communities for different target groups as well as to author's questionnaire research among selected Christian churches in Czech republic. At the same time, the theoretical model is put through the critical reflextion based mainly on determining elements of Romani culture. As a result of analysis of the theoretical model, author finds, that there can exist several forms of the community, but the intended "ideal" model can be implemented just with the permanent support of churchmen, who would live in the community and who would systematically work with their inhabitants on their overall personal progress.
