Využití Denavit Hartenbergovy transformace pro simulaci pohybu průmyslového robotu
Slezák, Miroslav ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis describes the concept of virtual twin and the use of Denavit Hartenberg transformation for simulation of a robots trajectory and movement. In the first part there is some information about what it is a digital twin, which kind of virtual twins exist and how to create a virtual twin. Also the description of the use of digital twin in robotics is included. The second part focuses on the design of virtual twin with Denavit Hartenberg's transformation for simulation of trajectory of an industrial robot. The aim of the thesis is a creation of virtual twin robot for monitoring trajectory using Denavit Hartenberg transformation.
Hybrid Energy Harvesting Device
Rasocha, David ; Rubeš, Ondřej (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor theasis is focuses on the design of a hybrid piezoelectric vibratory genera-tor. The main idea is to place a permanent magnet on the end of the piezoelectric beam and to place the coil appropriately in order to make a electromagnetic generator. The coil will generate a electrical voltage on load, when the magnetic field is passing throught coil. The piezoelectric beam will also generate voltage, depending on its deformation. For modeling, Femm, Matlab and Simulink will be used.
Magnetostrictive materials for mechatronics
Rusková, Miroslava ; Kovář, Jiří (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this work is to outline and use or application of magnetostrictive materials and possibilities of mathematical modeling their behavior. Magnetostrictive is the physical character of the material, occurs in the most ferromagnetic materials and leads to many effects. Magnetostrictive materials are more often used to in various branches of engineering.
Assesment of assembling inaccuracy on the coil spring lifetime
Stavárek, Václav ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Lošák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelors thesis is focused on helical compression springs with rectangular wire cross-section. In cooperation with an unnamed company it examines few possible causes of their failure rate. This thesis also includes experimental measurement of change of the spring stiffness after it underwent a high number of cycles.
Design of mechatronic system with electromagnetic damper for presentation of oscillation
Borek, Dušan ; Lošák, Petr (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of mechatronic system with electromagnetic damping to control the oscillator with single degree of freedom. Final system should present the immediate effects of the excitation and damping of the basic dynamic system.
Mechatronic Proposal of Electromagnetic Vibration Power Generator
Jurosz, Pavel ; Houška, Pavel (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with modifications to the construction of vibration-to-electricity energy converter, which is one of possible solutions to problem of sustainable and stable energy source for wireless sensor supply. Upon the exploration of the present state of this problem, new construction of generator is proposed. The aim of this proposal is to enhance the existing generator properties with respect to retention of its dimensions and its weight. Results obtained by simulations of model with proposed parameters are presented and analysed.
Control of underwater exploring robot
Válek, Zdeněk ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis is dealing with design of explorative robot named Gloin, which is designed especially for the exploration and mapping of the underwater part of Hranická propast, which is the second deepest fresh-water abbys in the world. This thesis is concentrating on design of algorithms needed for control and navigation of robot in the abyss. The designed algorithms are verified by simulation.
Optical speed sensor of surface
Vaněk, Ondřej ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Sedlák, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this work is development of an optical sensor for surface-velocity measurement based on ordinary optical mouse sensor. The proposed sensor should have find its usage in industrial applications for low-cost contactless measurement of conveyor belts or semi-finished products, thus some other gauges could check quality of products. Theoretical part of this thesis includes introduction to optical sensors and their usage. Rest of the work describes practical part consisting of programming of communication between sensor and PC in MATLAB and Arduino environments, development of simple device based on Arduino hardware, the set-up of experimental workplace and providing speed tests.
Energy Harvesting for Aeronautic Applications
Maťaš, Marek ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis will focus on creating electromagnetic vibration generator for a project ESPOSA. This generator will be used in aeronautical application. There it will be powering required electronics. Electronics is thought a part, which will be sensing, writing and sending required data.
Analysis of turbocharger waste gate
Ondrejka, Adam ; Pohorelský,, Luděk (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of master’s thesis was to put forward calculation methodology of wastegate turbocharger bypass channel discharge coefficient. Designed methodology was based on discharge coefficient analysis conducted utilizing CFD simulations of turbocharger turbine-side parametric model. It was achieved to propose a calculation, which differentiates relatively in average 1,4% from CFD data. New methodology improves the accuracy bypass channel design and helps to choose appropriate wastegate valve actuator.
