The Business Plan of a Fashion Brand

The various scenarios of approaching the business plan creation are described in the theoretical part. Both Czech and foreign sources were utilized. New and innovative ways of creating concepts for new business models are described. Following the theoretical base is created a unique concept for a starting fashion brand. The business plan describes details of the fashion brand launching process. The brand focuses of renting designer clothes designed by an in-house designer. The goal is to confirm feasibility of this project in the Czech market.
Creating a strategy of a mid-sized business company

Abstract: The content of this thesis is the creation of strategy of a med-sized business company. This strategy is elaborated on three time horizons: . 1. Short-term strategies - end of 2014 2. Medium-term Strategy - end 2015 ( 3 years ) 3. Long-term strategy - the end of the year 2018 ( 5 years). The primary indicator of the success of the planned strategy is : The projected sales volume Achieved market share. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part contains theoretical knowledge needed to develop this strategy. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which focuses on the description of the company, including corporate portfolio analysis, timing and objectives for which this strategy is intended . The strategy is based on an analysis of the market in which we operate and sell our products, existing and potential clients who are located here and competition that operate here. Follow-up action plan for each country, along with resource requirements to achieve this plan will allow to achieve the objectives set out in this strategy.

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for a start-up enterprise acting in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on a healthy lifestyle. The thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part, based on the literature, provides the reader with methodological procedures, which are applied in the plan. At First there are described the basic concepts of business and general recommendations in connection with this issue, next parts are the structure of the business plan. The practical part is the real business plan. Equally important part of the work is the conclusion which summarizes the findings identified in the practical part, about the benefits and feasibility of the project.

The thesis focuses on creating a business plan for e shop with business accessories and verification of its competitiveness and potential for further development. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part provides basic theoretical knowledge needed to develop the business plan. The practical part is focused on writing the business plan for the e shop BusinessStyle.cz. The plan includes an introduction, purpose and position of the document, summary, description of business opportunities, company and key personalities and analysis of market, customers, competitors and suppliers. Marketing and sales strategy and implementation project plan is based on this information. The thesis is closed by financial plan that allows evaluation of the project.

This mastert's thesis is engaged in internet business, specifically in e-shops, which are still more popular in these days of internet technologies among businessmen and also ordinary internet users, who are potential customers. The first part provides theoretical basis for familiarizing readers with the specifics of internet business and explains the basic terms and relationships in this branch. Second, practical part describes, analyzes and evaluates particular procedures and possibilities of running e-shop in practice. Particular steps and procedures are described on the basis of e-shop Drevokryty.cz. The thesis is conceived as a whole, which provides a complete picture of running e-shop from the view of entrepreneur.

A strategic analysis of the company ZELENÝ OSTROV s.r.o. is done in this master's thesis. The company runs a small laundry with the same name in small city Dobřichovice in the central Bohemian region. The main goal of this thesis is to work out a strategic analysis, evaluate its results and try to suggest strategic recommendation which would lead to a future prosperity. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on strategy, strategic management, strategic analysis, small and medium enterprises and social business. Practical part focuses on application of theoretical basis and doing strategic analysis of the chosen company. In the end, there is a list of business activities which are implemented into a new suggested company strategy.

The aim of this master's thesis is to create business plan and verify its feasibility. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. First part is theoretical, where all basic concepts, legal forms and structure of business plan are defined. Practical part consists of the business plan for e-shop that is offering especially wines that are made by traditional ways. Practical part consist mainly of analysis of competitors, analysis of product portfolio, marketing strategy and financial plan.
Business plan of a new company

The aim of this Master's Thesis is to set up an initial business plan of the ice cream shop in the busy touristic area of the capital city of Prague. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of the small and medium enterprise segment in the Czech Republic and the local entrepreneurial environment in comparison with other European countries according to regularly compiled international reports. Additionally, an analyses of specific consumer behaviour will be carried out. The end of the theoretical part introduces the generally recommended structure of a business plan describing closer its respective parts. The practical part applies this structure into practise based on the example of the initial business plan in the traditional ice cream branch. The plan presents a new concept of selling the ice cream including the supplement products. It strives to reflect the up-to-date market needs which were revealed through the conveyed market research. The output of this thesis presents the conclusion regarding the feasibility and attractiveness of this contemplated project that can subsequently serve as a material for the internal management.
Doing Business in Dentistry in the UK on the Example of a Dental Practice

The diploma thesis focuses on doing business in dentistry in the UK on the expamle of an unnamed dental practice, which currently consists of three dental practices. The aim of the thesis is to map and describe the characteristic of operating dental practices in the UK. Using available literature, the first part defines theoretical principles of doing business with emphasis on the specifics of dentistry and the region of the UK. This part is followed by the practical part, which puts these principles into practice and describes how the activities and processes are performed in the dental practices from the point of setting out the business by Dr. Jane Smith to their performance today. In order to write the thesis internal data from dental practices were used with addition of information obtained from the owner and a manager of the company.

The objective of this work is to analyze actual condition of the company Jaroslava Kojetinská in the fields of marketing, management, financial management and human resource management . Methodology and basic definitions of the analyzed fields are described in the theoretical part. The practical part builds on the theoretical part, where each field was analyzed and then there were suggested solutions, which can help improve competitiveness of the firm.
