The aim of this thesis is to analyze the marketing tools of an e-commerce company, to evaluate them and to propose suggestions for improvement which will be implemented in the company strategy. The theoretical part describes the history of the Internet and its importance in the current business environment, the strategic procedures applied in online marketing and the description of individual marketing instruments. The practical part introduces the company, its products and its main competitors. Afterwards follows the analysis and comparison of the main online marketing tools and proposals for improvement which should be implemented in the marketing strategy are presented.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the actual condition of a discounting portal in the fields of marketing, customer relationship management, human resources and also some layout and measures to ensure the prosperity of the bussiness. In the theoretical part of this work the basic definitions are explored through description of the control areas. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of individual areas of management, where the results of the analysis are presented as proposals and measures, which lead to increase the competitiveness.
Analysis of the possibilities how to expand a small business

This bachelor thesis is focused on the intention of expanding of an existing small business. Its goal is to create a new viable business model and use it as grounds for a new business plan that will help transforming a small business into a new and competition-ready company, which will be able to introduce a not yet known printer sharing service to the public. The theoretical part introduces the business environment and other conditions entrepreneurs should consider while creating a new business plan. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first one describes the status and business model of the current running business. The second one consists of a newly created business plan aimed at the business transformation into such form that should become an alternative to current widely used printing services.
Comparison of e-auction and direct sale of apartments

The main aim of the thesis is the comparison of the e-auction and the direct sale of apartments and to find answers to the research questions: Does the way of sale affect the price of the apartment? Are the prices higher in e-auction than in direct sales? In the theoretical part, the issue of auctions and direct sales is described and the development on the Czech real estate market is outlined. Analytical part analyzes data from e-auction and direct sale of apartements, and research questions are answered.

The main goal of the business plan is to evaluate feasibility and practicability of this project. The master thesis is divided into two main sections: a theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part provides basic theoreticaal concepts related to entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and describes business plan. The part of business plan describes an each parts of business plan. The practical part has a real benefit for the author, because it is a real business plan of the company. This part consists of business plan of the SwissBee company which is based on the theoretical part. The aim is to assess a business plan.
Business plan of production and distribution of printed canvas bags

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan, which will serve as a basis for starting a real business with a company producing and distributing canvas-bags. The bags are made from bio materials that can be recycled completely and therefore save the environment. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the trend of sustainability and social responsibility in the area of canvas-bags. I then describe entrepreneurial models and their use at the start of business. Next, I deal with the business plan and its approaches, when I propose the most appropriate structure of the plan and describe each point individually. After the theoretical part follows the methodology of the market analysis, which we will use to build a strategy in the business plan. The practical part is the business plan of the company přírodě s láskou, which is based on the theoretical part and market analysis. Finally, I evaluate the benefits of work and what I took out of it for our future business.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze and create an inbound marketing strategy for e-shop, which sells experience gifts. The theoretical part includes describing what inbound marketing is and the phases and rules of inbound marketing. In another part many tools of inbound marketing are covered. In the practical part a detailed analysis of visits to the website, competitors, SEO factors and inbound marketing tools is conducted. After the analysis the inbound marketing strategy is presented and the use of the most relevant inbound marketing tools for e-shop is described.
Business environment for SMEs: Competitive comparison of France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the competitive comparison of business environment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within 4 chosen countries, which are France, Germany, Italy and Spain. The main goal is to analyze the economic indicators and the overall business conditions in these countries, and to choose the most favorable in terms of doing business in. Theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to understanding of SMEs principles and the approach of the European Union towards these enterprises. The first practical part analyses the business environment of 4 chosen countries by using PEST analysis. And the second practical part is based on 4 external economic indicators, which are Taxation, Labor cost, Demand, and Ease of Doing Business. The analysis in this part is based on the statics method, which allows to compare each indicator separately, and to create the final ranking of these countries, according to the selected indicators. The result of the thesis shows that the most favorable country, in terms of doing business in, became Germany, which results from 2 analyses were significantly better for SMEs.

After conduction, Five Forces analysis were identified the strategies suitable for HoneyGo. For Marketing plan was used Marketing mix, which consist of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.
