The bachelor thesis is focused on the internal guidelines of HBH Projekt spol. s.r.o. The first part of the thesis defines the basic concepts and then introduces the brief content of individual guidelines and detailed theoretical description of the guideline on the timetable and the procedure for the preparation of the financial closures and the financial closures for the period. The second part analyzes the selected company and evaluates the new directive in the company. The last part is the actual design of the selected internal guideline.

Cooperation between Parents and Schools

This graduation work deals with the collaboration of the school and family backgrounds. It surveys the present situation of the parent-teacher relation. It discusses the family as a primary social group, adverts to a social status in the Czech Republic. It inquires also into this relation and the collaboration in the Step by Step Programme, as one of the representative inovation model, which proposes concrete suggestions, how to realize the real effective collaboration. The graduation work verifies in practice which is the difference concerning the collaboration between the school and family at the common school and at the Step by Step school as well. At the end this work summarizes the present situation and show the possible strategies and ways, how to enlarge and develop the relation between the educators and parents. Komplexní rekonstrukce panelových domů v nízkoenergetickém standardu

Cílem projektu je najít cestu ke snižování energetické náročnosti panelových budov v takovém měřítku, aby se urychlil vývoj probíhající přirozenou cestou tržního prostředí, nalezení způsobu komplexní modernizace panelových budov, který umožní dosáhnout snížení produkce systémových emisí CO2 spojených s jejich provozem bytových domů. V první etapě byl zmapován stav panelové výstavby v ČR a tuzemské i zahraniční zkušenosti s regeneracemi panelových budov. Byla analyzována skladba panelových budov podle nejčastěji se vyskytujících stavebních soustav, parametry jednotlivých typů budov a tyto údaje byly připraveny k dalšímu zpracování. V rámci rešerše zkušeností s rekonstrukcemi byly popsané publikované projekty, které byly realizovány v ČR, Maďarsku, Rakousku a Německu. Současně byla navržena metodika řešení projektu.

Studie se zabývá energetickou a environmentální náročností staveb a možnostmi, jak ji ekonomicky efektivně snížit. Byly shromážděny a analyzovány údaje ze tří zdrojů: z průzkumu na stavebních úřadech, ze vzorku energetických auditů a z většího množství projektů reálných budov. byly vytvořeny modely budov, které hodnotí budovy jako celek. Do modelu byly zahrnuty potřeby energií na vytápění, ohřev vody a provoz elektrospotřebičů, odpovídající provozní náklady, potřebné reinvestice v průběhu sledované životnosti objektu a environmentální důsledky jeho provozu. Závěrečná zpráva podává celkový pohled na možnosti ovlivnění obvyklého způsobu navrhování staveb z hlediska všech účastníků tohoto procesu, a to v rámci technických, ekonomických a organizačních možností účastníků.

Hlavními výstupy projektu jsou: podrobné rešerše posledního vývoje OZE a jejich shrnutí, nejdůležitější specifika jednotlivých zdrojů OZE (vlivy na ŽP, zaměstnanost, připojení do sítě), sestavení katalogu jednotlivých reprezentativních technických řešení pro využití katalogu jako báze hodnocených variant (spolu s rešeršemi poskytují identifikaci souboru technologií v podmínkách ČR, sestavení softwarového modelu pro shromažďování a aktualizaci údajů soubory technologií OZE), předběžné vyhodnocení vhodnosti jednotlivých zdrojů pro ČR pomocí SWOT analýz, sestavení obecné metodiky řešení pomocí metody multikriteriálního hodnocení variant, návrh kritérií a výběr metod hodnocení (zejména vydefinování komplexní soustavy hodnotících kritérií OZE pro posouzení perspektivnosti OZE v podmínkách ČR), sestavení báze hodnot kritérií, sestrojení softwarového modelu pro multikriteriální hodnocení variant pomocí vybraných metod a pro podporu výsledků hodnocení včetně výsledků analýz s názvem Multika, sestavení expertního systému TESES Multika (jeho nejdůležitější součásti jsou databáze technologií, expertní znalosti, výpočetní modul), sestavení týmu expertů, přiřazení vah jednotlivým skupinám (oblastem) a hodnot kritériím pro jednotlivé technologie (výsledky expertního zjišťování názoru o důležitosti jednotlivých faktorů pro OZE v ČR, rešerše a katalog technologií spolu s expertním šetřením vedly ke stanovení hodnot kritérií pro jednotlivé technologie), provedení vyhodnocení a zpracování výsledků včetně citlivostní analýzy, interpretace výsledků, stanovení pořadí perspektivnosti OZE v podmínkách ČR, které umožňuje posoudit způsob zajištění požadovaného potenciálu OZE a ekonomické hledisko zajištění tohoto potenciálu jako návrh konkrétních opatření, sestavení zjednodušeného modelu pro doplnění báze dat a praktické rychlé vyhodnocení a zpracování doporučení pro navazující výzkumné práce pro konkrétní aplikace výsledků řešeného projektu v praxi.

The role of the nurse manager in facilitation of adaptation process of new employed anaesthesiological and intensive care nurse

Successful coping with adaptation process by a nurse newly joining an intensive medicine workplace is quite a complicated process. Mastering sophisticated instrumentation, specialist demands of nursing care provision and everyday physical load as well as psychical stress expose each newly coming nurse to a wide spectre of demands the unconditioned coping with which is a basic precondition of successful integration to an elite team. Each incoming nurse (not just at an intensive care workplace) should be particularly supported by her nurse manager in the far from easy adaptation process, who can substantially help a new nurse adapt to the new environment and become an equivalent team member. The Thesis is aimed at the role of a nurse manager in comforting an adaptation process of a nurse joining an ARD and an ICU. The aim of the Thesis was to map the role of a nurse manager in adaptation process of a nurse joining an ARD and an ICU and to find out how such a nurse manager helps a nurse joining an ARD or an ICU with adaptation. Further aims were to map the process of adaptation of a nurse joining an ARD or an ICU itself and to examine the factors that mostly influence the adaptation process of a nurse joining an ARD or an ICU. A combination of qualitative and quantitative research was applied to the research part of the Thesis. A semi-standardized interview conducted with ARD and ICU ward sisters in selected hospitals in Prague was chosen as the data collection technique for the qualitative part. A questionnaire designed for nurses working at ARDs and ICUs in selected Prague hospitals, who themselves were undergoing or have recently undergone such an adaptation process was chosen as the data collection technique for the quantitative part. The aims of the Thesis have been met. The research results clearly showed that the adaptation process of a new nurse is not only based on effective specialist training, but also in integration of the nurse into the existing working team. It is thus necessary for a nurse manager to take sufficient care to the adaptation process and help a new nurse become an equivalent member of the team, which will thus achieve the set goals of the department as well as the whole organization under her efficient guidance. The results of our research may thus contribute to better awareness of the individual motivation factors of the adaptation process among the involved public. Upon the information found about functioning of a nurse manager in the process of adaptation of a nurse joining an ARD or an ICU a thought map was created, which might help as inspiration or as a manual for execution of this highly demanding process itself.
