It analyzes a specific municipality, it characterizes the investment project in the village, its development and financing, including an alternative method.

The diploma thesis focuses on the position and performance of the agricultural business in the current agribusiness environment in the Czech Republic. A selected agricultural com-pany, which is PROAGRO Radešínská Svratka, a.s., is characterized in the thesis. The business core of this company is crops, animal and other production. An important line of the agricultural business is the milk commodity and the production of biogas. Selected indicators of financial analysis were used to evaluate the economic situation of the company. Based on that, it has been concluded that the company is in an acceptable financial situation. It can respond appropriately to the stimuli from the outside environment through its strategic decisions. The thesis draws attention to the main milestones of strategic decisions and their causes. It also considers possible future threats.

The bachelor thesis Ethical aspects of citizen photojournalism with a focus on photographic and audiovisual record from late twenties until present follows up the phenomenon of citizen journalism, which recorded especially in the last decade a sharp rise thanks to the development of information and communication technologies and looks at it from an ethical perspective. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theoretical notions of ethics and citizen journalism, including the ethical principles of journalism and code of ethics. It also examines the pro and con arguments and another form of citizen journalism, participatory journalism. The second part is devoted to new media from history to present and social networks (Facebook, Twitter etc.), which are closely linked to the development of citizen journalism. The last part has the form of practical examples focusing on photographic and audiovisual records. ln my doetoral thesis I pursue magie and superstitious ideas whieh are the integral part of tspiritual life of the Roma. I tried to ob serve the Romany eommunity from another side. Magie and superstitious ideas of the Roma remain foggy from the seientifie point of view. For the Romany population including the Roma élite they are taboo and for the majority of the soeiety including seholars who deal with the problems of the Roma they are of no aeeount or they are not mentioned, they are unknown. The work deals with the present signifieanee, eondition and funetion of the traditions, aets and praetiees eonneeted with magie and superstitious ideas from the field of love magie. This question of the spiritual life of eontemporary Czeeh Romany people was elaborated on the historieally based superstitious and magie baekground whieh was interpreted by the seolars as the individuality of Romany spirituallife. Integration of ADHD children in preschool age

ADHD Syndrome represents an attention disorder linked to hyperactivity taking shape since early childhood. The main aim is a description of the ADHD syndrome in children at pre-school age, and identification of whether it is or is not beneficial. One main research question is posed: Is integration of children with ADHD at pre-school age beneficial? Further, three other partial questions are posed: Is integration with the suport of a teaching assistant beneficial to the student? Is integration of children with ADHD beneficial to their classmates? Are teachers working with children informed enough about ADHD? The practical part of this bachelor thesis is processed using qualitative research method together with a group of teaching assistants having experience educating children with ADHD syndrome, implemented via the technique of a semi-structured interview. The first part of interviews is focused on the general data about informants. The second part is focused on the benefits of integrating children with ADHD at pre-school age. Questions in the third part are related to the benefits of integration of children with ADHD with the support of a teaching assistant. The fourth part of the interview is oriented toward the benefits of ADHD child integration for other students, and the last part is focused on teachers´ awareness about ADHD syndrome. Interviews are analysed and synthesised. The thesis reaches the following finding: the benefits of integrating children with ADHD cannot be unequivocally evaluated, while the benefits of integration with teaching assistant support can be evaluated as unequivocally positive. Integration benefits for classmates cannot be unequivocally evaluated. Further, the thesis finds out that teachers are not informed enough about ADHD syndrome.
