Effectiveness of Investment Options

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of project process based on technical-economic studies under the terms of pre-investment preparation. It indicates a selection of one of the proposed investment options, a view of the economic benefits of the company and the choice of appropriate forms of financing this investment with regards to the risks. Subsequently it defines final investment and financial decision of the chosen investment project with opportunity of variant solution. Based on terms such as investment activity, listing the main methods of the investment effectiveness evaluating and basic forms of financing. Practical part collects the course of real investment project from the initial phase comparing possible options through evaluating the effectiveness of selected options up to the selecting appropriate financial forms of the observed project.

Key performance indicators within Corporate Performance Management (CPM)

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate individual approaches to performance measurement connected to historical development with emphasis on Value Management and Corporate Performance Management (CPM). Last but not least, it is necessary to analyse the performance of the company, including proposing measures for its growth. The practical part evaluates individual performance indicators and points to software tools supporting CPM in the enterprise.
