Verstile approach in dance lessons at primary school

This bachelor thesis focuses on education of students of artistic dance at basic art schools. It specifically aims at means of general teaching process and a brief characterization of principles of different basic dance techniques.
It attempts to find a mutual overlap between the styles of movement from the point of view of a dancer. The main goal of the work is to open up this teaching method and to contribute with the gained experience to dance educators who prefer teaching of combined dance techniques.

Teacher's impact on children in the area of amateur dance

Bachelors thesis is looking into dance education in the area of amateur dance. The theoretical part of the thesis processes information helpful for understanding children's needs, that are changing in the course of growing up. Succeeding is analysis of dance teacher's personality and treatise on the relationship between dance teacher and his student. Methods used in the theoretical part are critical analysis, synthesis and comparation of available sources.
Practical part deals with results of survey conducted by the author of the thesis among students of private dance studios. The survey focuses on dance lessons, relationship between dance teacher and his student and experience with amateur dance from the perspective of the dance student. To analyse the survey data author used statistical functions of the site www.vyplnto.cz.
Conducted survey validated that it is rather important for dance teacher to give students attention, understand their needs and wishes and to work individually with each group and student so that the dance lessons can help grow student's personality.

This diploma thesis deals with selected differences between Czech accounting legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards (IAS/IFRS). Also, the diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the impacts of selected differences on the company's financial statements and on the impact upon economic result. The final part of the thesis deals with the changes made the picture about the financial position and the performance of the company.

Carbon sequestration by forest ecosystems in canging climate.

The global carbon cycle is in the focus of the scientists' interest, because understanding carbon sinks and their relationships can show the solutions of problems related with increasing CO2 concentration in the atmosphere in the future. I focused on the role of forests ecosystems in this carbon cycle. All forests cover almost one third of the Earth's land area. By photosynthesis they bind big part of atmospheric carbon to their biomass. Sink strength of forest can differ according to the type of biome, forest stand age and actual climatic conditions. Forest biomes can be generally divided according to the latitude to three groups: tropical forest biomes, temperate forests and boreal forests. The size of carbon stock decreases in this order. Other parameters, such as net primary production and respiration differ in dependence on the particular ecosystem. Tropical rain forests represent great carbon stock, but their deforestation causes massive C emissions back to the atmosphere. Boreal forests aren't considered as important carbon sink, but they influence local climate. Some speculations can also appear about the old forests. It is possible to find authors, who claims, that old forests are no more carbon sinks, so that their carbon balance is neutral. Many surveys prove that they bind less carbon...

Investment Life Insurance

The main of the master’s thesis is to determine current opportunities of investment life insurance in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts of life insurance and investment life insurance are specified. In the practical part, the statistical analysis of insurance market development in the Czech Republic is presented. The work further provides the comparison of investment life insurance products of selected insurance institutions. The comparison is made on the basis of selected parameters and model examples. Conclusions and recommendations of this study could help to everybody participated in pension system and with a focus on modern form of life insurance.

This thesis deals with shares in companies representing participation rate of the shareholder in a company and his rights and duties resulting from. At first I analyse establishing and regime of companies. Then I deal with kinds of shares in company limited by quarantee and private limited company. Finally, I focus on profit share, settlement and liquidating share. The aim is to analyse new Czech legislation.

Institute of inheritance law in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the inheritance law governing transfer of deceased's ownership rights and obligations to his legal successors. There are desribed rights variations of individual groups of inheritors with focus on inheritance legislation of persons without matrimony. The subject of this thesis is also inheritance proceedings, inheritance refusal, inheritance disability or disinheritance, including example of both local proceedings and Czech Supreme Court jurisprudence.
