Financial Statements and the Determination of the Income Tax in Terms of an Allowance Organization

This thesis focuses on the accounting analysis of allowance organization and puts the emphasis on the final accounts. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the steps of the final accounts formation of one chosen organization and onwards, to set the tax base of the income tax of legal persons. The in-house sources of one chosen organization were used to make these analyses. The theoretical segment, as well as the practical one, form this thesis. The theoretical segment describes state-funded organizations founded by the local self-government unit and gives a detailed description of the process of the final accounts formation and the tax liability determination. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the evaluation of the methods used by the state-funded organization of Kulturní dům Blaník Vlašim. The recommendations leading to the improvement of the procedures used for the final accounts form the conclusion of this thesis.

Education of pupils in right of the first stage of Primary school

The thesis deals with education of pupils in right of the child in the first stage of Primary school. The creation of the methodics for education in right of the child and putting it to practice are the aims of my thesis. This aim has been putting across using partial aims as analysis of the legal documents, which collocate with the education of pupils in right of the child, mapping the conditions for the education in order to realize the education, therefore the casuistry of Primary and Maternity school of Holetín has been created, the way of the right of the child settling and their education in School educational programme "Getting to know the world" of this school, and at the end the confirmation of the didactic materials by the operational research. According to research by the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and drug addiction are among the countries with the highest prevalence of cannabis use in Europe. Previous research does not specify consumption and ways to obtain marijuana on the black market, and do not provide much more information on domestic production. In recent years, widespread use of cannabis products used to treat health problems. Objective: The aim of the research was to determine how to change the preferences of active users of marijuana in the past two years in the event that grow cannabis themselves or cater to the black market. This work focuses mainly on describing Mongolian traditional costume. The structure and style of Mongolian deel are presented. The work discusses Mongolian traditional costume in different historical periods which were essential for its development, and describes the traditional costumes of several Mongolic ethnic groups, including their footwear, headdress, jewels, and other accessories, and some specific ritual costumes. It also features the production of traditional clothing materials in Mongolia, particularly, leather tanning and felt manufacturing. Lastly, a glossary, images of some studied exhibits from Náprstkovo Museum, and paper-cut model of traditional deel are included in the appendix.

Mongolian traditional footwear

This work deals mainly with the description of the Mongolian traditional boots, which is presented in the first and the largest chapter. Different parts of the boots, their decorations and socks worn together with the boots, are described. Subsequently discussed is the ornaments primarily used on the shoes. The next chapter focuses on the differences of the Mongolian traditional footwear and other styles found among the Mongolian people. The work then describes the production of the material Mongolian boots are made from. The largest part of this chapter describes the traditional felt making. The next chapter talks about the practices that are associated with the boots and the last chapter, which is drawn from my personal research for this work, presents an introduction of some of the exhibits from Náprstkovo Museum in Prague .

Measures implemented in the selected company to overcome the financial crisis

The aim is to assess the economic situation of the chosen company during the global financial crisis. The paper clarifies concepts related to the crisis, the causes and consequences of the current crisis and the normal response to the situation of companies. The work is mainly focused on measures that have been implemented by the crisis. It is necessary to evaluate the performance of the business to assess the specific measures. The main method is financial analysis and analysis of profits and cash flow. There is also highlighted on the development of absolute and relative indicators and their change after contact with company management.
