Creation of New Prediction Units in Data Mining System on NetBeans Platform

The issue of this master's thesis is a creation of new prediction unit for existing system of knowledge discovery in database. The first part of project deal with general problems of knowledge discovery in database and predictive analysis. The second part of the project deal with system developed on FIT, for which is module implemented, used technologies, concept and implementation of mining module for this system. The solution is implemented in Java language and is a built on the NetBeans platform.

Implementation of Security System in Practise

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to accomplish safety analysis of an enterprise, evaluate current state, submit the most applicable proposal of a solution, make a budget and familiarize investor with the results. After the investor's approval, practical implementation and proof of practicality of security systems will be executed.

Electronic clock

The thesis deals with the description of the principles of the basic electronic clock function, synchronization of the electronic clock with the time standard. Furthermore, the systems that provide the time normal are presented. The possibilities of receiving the time normal are illustrated. Finally, a circuit design of an electronic clock with a digitron display unit providing the possibility of automatic synchronization of time with the time standard is made.

Implementation of Roof of Apartment Building in Vysočina Region

The subject of bachelor thesis is a realization of roofing of an apartment building in city of Humpolec. Technological processes relating to realization of truss, roofing work, tinsmithing work and completion work in the form of isolation of roof and ceiling structures, are being adressed. Construction of truss is specific because of various roof inclinations including two dormers and several roof windows. The content of this thesis is technical report, adressing of problematics of material transportation, technological regulations on performer works, technological report of construction site equipment, design of machinge assemblies, inspection plans, test plans, safety solutions, time schedule, itemized budget and also construction execution diagram and construction site equipment diagram.

The bachelor thesis Nutrition of dairy cows in the transition period deals with the nutrition of dairy cows in the peripartum period with emphasis on the prevention of metabolic disorders. The basic feeds used for the nutrition of dairy cows are described from a single-souled perspective. Characteristics of essential nutrients. Phasic nutrition and metabolic disorders caused by poor nutrition. The actual work was based on information obtained from five farms. Information was obtained on feed ration, housing method, feeding technique and incidence of metabolic disorders. From the information obtained, it can be said that most of the selected farms choose the right methods and practices in feeding dairy cows in transit. However, deficiencies were found in two holdings based on a lack of knowledge of the nutrient composition of the feed and in one case an unbalanced ration. There are no serious problems related to metabolic disorders in any of the selected holdings.

Cyclam-based bifunctional ligands for selective metal ion complexation

Recently, the increasing demand for targeting radiopharmaceuticals motiva- tes the research of bifunctional ligands which should be able to coordinate radiometal ion into a stable complex and also contains avalaible functional group for binding to a biological vector. Especially the wide range of copper radionuclides is sparking interest for potencial applications in diagnosis and therapy of tumorous diseases. The ligands of the cyclam family are one of the most suitable for Cu(II) complexation. Relatively small number of unsymmetrically trans-disubstituted derivates has been prepared be- cause of difficult and non-trivial synthesis of these compounds. In this Diploma thesis a new orthogonal protection of cyclam is presented as a possible route of preparation of these compounds. Through this intermediate a ligand with methylenephosphonate and methylene(p-aminobenzyl)phosphinate pendant arms was synthesized, copper complexes of the ligand were prepared and their isomerism and stability/inertness were studied.
