Prevention and social services to solve homelessness of young people in the Czech Republic

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of homelessness among the young people. The rates of people in the age 18-26 who are endangered by social exclusion are steadily rising in the Czech Republic. The most vulnerable are those from dysfunctional homes as well as those lacking their families entirely. Those individuals tend to be raised in institutional care usually lacking in role models and have little to no financial and social resources at their disposal. Social exclusion always originates from variety of different problems that need to be taken care of before they become too severe. That is why I decided to identify the characteristics of this group of people and specify the appropriate methods of cooperation. I define the various ways of prevention and support. In addition to that, I describe persisting barriers in the current system of social services. Last but not least, I aim to present information about the process of social inclusion, together with its successes and shortcomings young people may encounter during the procedure. The business of Private commercial galleries in Prague

This bachelor thesis describes business of private commercial galleries of contemporary art in Prague. It describes how they work their work, goals, founders and other activities. Private commercial galleries started to emerge in 1989, after the Velvet revolution, when the Czech art market went through restructuring. For the purpose of this thesis I decided to choose two galleries whose owners I interviewed. I choose well established and successful galleries on both Czech and international art market. The first one was one of first private commercial galleries in the Czech Republic, the second one has been established 10 years after.

Thesis on:" Descriptive analysis of selected property transactions with companies ( commercial plant)" is dedicated to understanding the challenges of ownership transakcions and their types . Subsequently, the work deals with thoroughly selected ownership transaction - merger acquisition . In this chapter, the thesis provides detailed information on the merger acquisition and its progress. In the practical part of the thesis analysis of three selected merger acquisition was made, where the analysis focuses mainly on changes in ownership structures and differences from revaluation , if this event occurred. The final chapter then compares the transactions again, especially in terms of ownership structure and difference from revaluation.
