Implementation of team supervision in an organisation
HÁJKOVÁ, Eliška
The bachelor thesis deals with implementation of team supervision in the organization, the presentation of this process is the goal of the work. In the first chapter is specificated the topic of supervision in social work as such, including the definition of terms, objectives, functions and forms of supervision. Within this part, supervision is set in the environment of social work and social services in the Czech Republic. The next part of the work is devoted to the team supervision as one of the forms of supervision, as well as the definition of the supervision contract, the team and the role of the supervisor in team supervision. Follows a detailed description of the process of implementing team supervision in the organization, the environment of the organization and organizational culture is approached. The implementation of the team supervision is demonstrated on a specific example of the introduction of team supervision in the Ledax Home Hospice service of Ledax o.p.s. and this concrete process is evaluated in relation to its theoretical definition in the previous parts of the work on the basis of selected criteria.
The View of Social Workers on Early Care Services in South Bohemian Region
HÁJKOVÁ, Eliška
The bachelor thesis deals with the view of social workers on early care services in the South Bohemian Region. The aim of the thesis is to describe the satisfaction of social workers in particular early care services in the South Bohemian Region, to learn more about their education and to evaluate awareness of clients about early care. Within theoretical basis, the thesis focuses on the concept of early care, its origin and development and early care providers. It also focuses on children with disabilities, specifically on their socialization and family. From the aims of the thesis arose following research questions: What is the satisfaction of social workers working in early care centers? What are the possibilities for further education of social workers from early care centers? According to social workers, what is awareness of early care service in the target group of clients? Due to the nature of the research it was chosen qualitative research strategy. The research group was consisted by 14 female early care social workers from 6 centers providing early care in the South Bohemian Region. As a method for data collection was used a semi-structured interview, for data processing was chosen the method of grounded theory and technique (so-called open coding). From the answers of informants - in 6 key topics. These topics were divided then into particular research questions. The thesis could serve as a basis for streamlining early care services on the basis perspective of social workers on early care. Results can serve as a kind of feedback for managers of early care centers.
Non-orphan cluster point processes
Hájková, Eliška ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor) ; Beneš, Viktor (referee)
In this work we introduce some basic concepts from the theory of spatial point pro- cesses and two methods of estimation of the parametres for Thomas process. Firstly the method of minimum contrast, that is used for situations when we do not know the position of parent points and secondly our proposed method using information about the parent points location. Using simulations in program R, we find out that our method estima- ted mentioned parameters better considering the relative bias and relative mean squared error. Subsequently, we estimate the parameters of the real data using both methods. Fi- nally we test by Global Envelope Test, whether our data match Thomas process with para- meters estimated from data with mentioned methods. For the combinations of parameters obtained by discussed methods we do not reject the hypothesis. 1
Phytoextraction of mixed drug samples from aqueous solutions
Hájková, Eliška ; Smrček, Stanislav (advisor) ; Soudek, Petr (referee)
A number of contaminants have been detected in the environment, including pharmaceuticals. Their presence in soil, water sources can have a toxic effect on organisms due to their constantly increasing concentration. The method of phytoremediation uses the ability of plants to absorb these contaminants and detoxify them by various mechanisms. The aim of this work was the phytoextraction of ibuprofen using maize (Zea mays) from aqueous solutions. Phytoextraction of ibuprofen after cultivation with added dextromethorphan was also carried out. The quantitative amount of extracted ibuprofen was detected by HPLC with UV detection. Ibuprofen has been very well extracted by plants. In the presence of dextromethorphan, the efficiency of phytoextraction was decreased. The phytoextraction efficiency of ibuprofen was 0.10 mg per gram of leaf fresh weight, while in the presence of dextromethorphan, the phytoextraction efficiency was 0.09 mg per gram of leaf fresh weight. After phytoextraction of ibuprofen, the antioxidant capacity was determined by FRAP method of leaf and root extracts of the plants, of which the highest values were observed in the roots of plant grown with ibuprofen in combination with dextromethorphan. The phenolic compounds were also detected in leaves and roots, where the highest percentage...
Marketing communication in performing arts
Hájková, Eliška ; Kladný, Tomáš (advisor) ; Váša, Ondřej (referee)
The diploma thesis focuses on marketing communications in performing arts. In particular, it concentrates on poster advertising of the Divadlo na Vinohradech. Marketing in art is specific because it must adapt to the artistic goals. Thus, the role of marketing is not to conform to demands of the market but to attract audience to the current offer. The product is firstly made and only then placed on the market. It is possible to base the marketing communication channels on the product itself. In connection with the above mentioned, I tried to reveal what elements - either those which are explicitly shown or the hidden ones - are used on posters for theatre performances. Moreover, I tried to find out whether the posters included traits which are specific for the field of culture and arts. As a tool the semiotic analysis was chosen to examine individual pictures and texts as well as their mutual relationships. Keywords Semiotics, marketing, marketing of culture, communication, verbal and visual communication, picture and text.
