ANALYZIS OF THE PROCESSING MACHINE CAPABILITY IN BUS PRODUCTION
Gregor, Jaroslav ; Oliva, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pernikář, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with an analysis of the processing machine capability in bus production. The goal is to evaluate the capability of the CNC laser processing machine in conditions of Iveco Czech Republic, Ltd., Vysoke Myto. In the theoretical part, the thesis studies measurements and capability of the processing machine; the practical part describes the present state of production and suggests a solution of the assigned task.

Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove Department of Biochemical Sciences Candidate: RNDr. Martina Vasatova Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Milos Tichy, CSc. Title of Doctoral Thesis: Multimarker approach in diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases with using protein biochips Background: Measurement of biochemical markers of myocardial injury plays an important role in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disseases. Increase in some cardiac biomarkers is one of main diagnostic standard in acute myocardial infarction (AIM) with or without ST elevation (STEMI, NSTEMI). Recently, the European Society of Cardiology, the American College of Cardiology Foundation, the American Heart Association, and the World Heart Federation have published a consensus definition of myocardial infarction (AIM) that includes a detailed guideline for the assessment of biochemical markers in suspected AIM. The principal markers recommended in this setting include cardiac troponins (cTnI and cTnT) as markers of myocardial necrosis and myoglobin (MYO) and creatine kinase MB isoenzyme (CK-MB mass) quantification in the diagnosis of reinfarction. Excluding acute coronary syndromes, myocardial injury may be found in patients with the other cardiovascular diseases, during therapeutic procedures and operations (e.g....
Antiaggregant Therapy and Possibility of its Monitoring in Ischaemic Heart Disease
Kašparová, Markéta ; Hrdina, Radomír (advisor) ; Gregor, Jaroslav (referee)
The effect of antiaggregation therapy is an important factor that can influence the risk of thromboembolic events. The methods of monitoring antiaggregation therapy we compared in our study. The aggregation with cationic propylgallate (CPG) as the activating substance, analyzer PFA-100, which investigates the function of primary haemostasis and measuring of TXB2 in the urine were used to monitor the effect of the therapy. The sufficient concentration of CPG (30 mol/l) in the aggregation study were confirmed. The influence of hospitalization and associated stress on the parameters of aggregation was not significant. However the decrease of parameter of aggregation (slope, %/min) after administration of a low dose of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) was significant. The influence of stress linked to hospitalization on the detected closure time (CT), was not observed using PFA 100. Nevertheless antiaggregation therapy significantly prolonged CT measured on the collagen/epinephrine coated membrane. The concentration of the thromboxane B2 in the urine of patients treated with antiaggregation therapy was also significantly lower in the contrary to healthy donators. The methods reacted after administration of low doses ASA by modifying of measured parameters. Fifty one patients treated with long term...
