Title: Overview of preparation for The Czech Republic championship in fire sport within the annual training cycle Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create an overview of the preparation for the Czech Republic Championship in fire sport and to try to compile a model annual training cycle based on the study of available literature and professional consultations. Methods: The bachelor's thesis was prepared through the study of professional literature and on the basis of consultations with elite competitors and coaches from the ranks of fire athletes. Results: The results of the work are general information about fire sport, its organization and competitions. The theoretical part of the work focuses on sports skills in fire sport, its disciplines and their technical implementation and tactical training. This theoretical information is applied into an outline of the annual training cycle including a description of the individual periods of the annual training cycle, their timing, goals, means of developing selected motor skills and example of a training microcycle and training units is given for individual periods. Title: The Analysis of the Development of Physical Capability of Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic in Plzeň Region in 2012-2019 Objectives: The analysis of physical capability of members of Fire Rescue Corps in Plzeň region. The object of diploma thesis is to determine the current state of physical capability of members of Fire Rescue Corps. Moreover, to assess the development of physical capability in last seven years. Methodology: Obtaining data by asking staff members, literature study, processing theoretical basis, processing acquired data, the analysis of results Results: An average age of members of Fire Rescue Corps in Plzeň region is increasing. An average age is 40 years. The results of strength disciplines positively increase and physical capability in this field increase as well. On the contrary, the results of endurance disciplines deteriorate. The most surprising finding is a deteriorating result in running. Analysis of tests of physical fitness of IZS units

Title: Analysis of test on physical competence of Joint Rescue System's members. Objectives: The main purpose is to analyze tests of physical competence of Joint Rescue System's members. Methods: The method of analysis was used in the work. The method of analysis was applied in the analysis of individual tests of physical fitness for the described components of the Joint Rescue System. Results: We've found that the physical tests of the components of the Joint Rescue System differ in the number and difficulty of individual physical tests. Differences were also found in the division into groups according to gender, age and job classification. However, the same elements in the strength of physical tests were also proven. Methods The method of analysis of available literature and professional articles, observation and several years of experience in the field of fire sport were used during the elaboration of this bachelor thesis. Results The result is a description of the rules of fire sport, which provides trainers basic information about competitions for adults and adolescents and get the public more interested in stuff of this sport too. Title: Analysis of work at heights and above free depth at the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and civilian sector Objectives: Describe the current status of work at height in the civilian sector and the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and compare work at height in the areas: legal regulations, qualification levels, training courses, training centers and equipment. Analyze the height interventions of FRS CR in 2016-2018. Methods: Data collection from internal staff, study of available literature and subsequent research. Comparison of the current situation in given aspects. The analyzes were divided according to the types of interventions, which were given the frequency, location and time distribution in the given years. Results: The results of the diploma thesis are a description of the current state of work at heights and above clear depth for civilian high- altitude and firefighters of the Czech Fire Rescue Service and an analysis of height and above depth interventions at units of Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Title: Canine service in the Integrated Rescue Systém Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the current possibilities of using dogs in components of the integrated rescue system. Methods: A combination of several scientific explanatory methods, especially logical ones, was used to achieve the objectives. Analysis and synthesis methods that are interrelated and verified are the main methods used. The research conducted within the bachelor thesis was focused primarily on the possibility of using dogs in various components of the integrated rescue system. The aim of this bachelor thesis was defined on the basis of acquired knowledge. Individual tasks were deduced from the aim of the work. Results: The result of this thesis is that our "four-legged colleagues" are an integral part individual components of the integrated rescue system. Titles: Rescue Company of Rescue unit dislocated in Jihlava Objectives: The goal of this thesis is to summarize information about a Rescue unit of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic of the Czech Republic and about a 4th Rescue Company dislocated in Jihlava. Methods: Methods used in this thesis are descriptively-analytical. To work out this thesis the search of study sources and recherche of obtained study sources was used. Results: The result of this thesis are summary information about a Rescue unit of a General Directorate of a Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and about a Rescue Company dislocated in Jihlava. The Jihlava Rescue Company helps other units of the Integrated Rescue System with interventions during the extraordinary (emergency) situations, but the frequency of it's interventions is significantly lower. Since the establishment, the Jihlava Rescue Company has been accomplishing it's missions assigned by the Ministry of the Interior and by the General Directorate of a Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. Factors of Motivation for Firefighter's Service Performance

Title: Factors of Motivation for Firefighter's Service Performance. Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe factors of motivation for firefighter's service performance and to further analyze them. Methods: Methods used to obtain information and data are: Survey, analysis of printed, internet and legislative documents sources. Results: Description of individual factors of firefighter's motivation and their analysis in questionnaire survey. The results of the questionnaire survey confirm that the main factors of firefighter's service performance are the team, assistance to people and the process of service. This is mostly internal motivation, which is process oriented not goal oriented. It has been confirmed that the work of a firefighter is more of a lifestyle than work despite a strong mental and physical burden and its consequences.
