The Project Plan of Transformation of The Home for People with Special Regime in Čížkovice

As previously demonstrated by homes for people with disabilities, the master thesis focuses on the transformation of a social service for seniors from institutional to community care. The aim of the thesis is to propose a project to understand how to create the most favourable conditions for seniors to live dignified lives in their natural environment. The thesis presents the project's intension of transforming the social services in the retirement home in Cizkovice. The project itself was forerun by an analysis of resources, which were helpful for starting and advancing the process of transformation of social services in Europe. The execution of the project will open the way of good practice in creating dignified conditions for life of seniors without segregation and discrimination.
