Feher, Jan ; Kaplan, Aleš (advisor) ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee)
6 Abstract Title: The analysis of the run of sprinter by means of the software Dartfish Objectives: The objective of this thesis is the presentation of use of possibilities of software for the analysis of sport performance in the sprint for 100 m and consequently evaluation of the structure of sport performance in the sprint for 100 m in selected races Methods: The method of the analysis of the video recording by means of the software Dartfish and the method of comparison was used in the thesis. The method of analysis was applied for the recorded sprints for 100 m. The method of comparison was used for the mutual comparison of analysed sprints. The use of this programme was evaluated during acquiring data from the video recording. Results: I found out, that the software programme Dartfish is fully suitable for the analysis of sport performances in the sprints for 100 m. The outstanding positive part is also the fact, that this software product enables both qualitative and quantitative analysis and fully discloses the structure of run. The programme could be also applied in the training process, where it could be used for the improvement of the run technique due to great quantity of quality feedback information which it provides. Hykeš, Radek ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Title: Physical and technical readiness of 10 - 11-year children at athletic preparatory. Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine whether the deliberate training for a period of two months may be influenced by the level of physical and technical readiness of 10 - 11-year children who regularly attend athletic preparation. Methods: The work was conceived as a theoretical and empirical study, which used a quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the level of physical and technical preparedness probands. Results: When testing the condition of readiness assayed using (Long jump from a position, running at 50 meters, throw medicine ball (2 kg)) revealed that in almost all cases there was an improvement condition, only one child have deteriorated during the test run at 50m but only about 0.1 seconds, which can be considered negligible deterioration. In the tests, the technical readiness worsened also only one child, the test slew of obstacles, namely by 0.2, in all other cases, the children improved significantly, with an average value of 0.7 is about to sweep obstacles and throw the ball in test even the value of 1.1. At the same time, we came to the fact that children with better performance on tests of fitness achieved greater improvements in tests investigating the level of technology....
Performance progression and training for heptathlon
Komínková, Linda ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Performance progression and training for heptathlon Objectives: This bachelor thesis deals with my personal performance progression and training in basic and special period of heptathlete training. We will evaluate my own training plans from year 2003 to year 2010. Tasks: The aim of this work is to evaluate and to judge my personal performance development. From the analysis of my training plans we want to find out the cause of my early stagnation and decreasing performance in athletic heptathlon. Methods: This work uses methods of analysis and comparison. Results: We found that the highest performance was when I was fifteen. Early performance stagnation in 2008-2009 was caused by unsystematic training and too week training impulses in view of previous years. The next decrease performance in 2009-20010 was due to low training load and loss of weight. Keywords: athletic heptathlon, basic and special period of heptathelete training, performance progression, stagnation and decreasing performance

Ryzáková, Lenka ; Kaplan, Aleš (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Title: Sports training assessment of the Czech record holder in the sprint events in the youth categories Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is monitoring and assessment of selected general training indicators, special training indicators and control tests during the four-year sports training period of a young sprinter in the category of 15 years and the category of 17 years. Results of the selected training indicators and the control tests were compared. Methods: In the present thesis the method of observation and the content analysis of training documents are used. The training documents are obtained from the coach of the observed individual. The general training indicators, the special training indicators and the control tests are selected from the training documents, which are evaluated by the basic statistical procedures and subsequently they are composed to the tables, charts and comments. Results: Due to the set plan of the thesis, we recorded during the four-year period an annual increase in the volume of the general training indicators of M.B. The volume of load is increasing in all the selected special training indicators. The interesting fact is that in 2010/2011 the observed individual has had a lower number of run kilometres in the special training indicators, lower maximal...
Power tonisation in women's softball
Pfeifer, Jan ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Title: The force toning in women's softball Objectives: The aim of this study was to demonstrate post-activation potentiation (PAP) following the muscle toning during the strenght training. The toning effect on upper limb explosive force was analyzed following application of two different degrees of resistence. Methods: In this study, we applied randomized selection for the subject to minimize the effect of possible ambiguities such as gender, training status, and player maturity. A homo- -geneous group of well-trained women with the most developed technical response was accepted. (Czech national team, Women's softball). We used the contrast method, where the data were analyzed to determine the effect of different resistance degrees and a fixed rest interval for the strength-dynamic exercise. It is a sticking out of medicine ball in sitting position, which was performed by women of the highest player level. The measurement was processed by using the direct method of dynamic efforts. We compared the explosive force with a medicine ball sticking forward in relation to the distance of the sticking medicine ball by the tested person. Results: The measurement has shown that the PAP generated by toning protocol has a sig- -nificant impact on enhancing the response in explosive drills. The exercise for...

Vostatková, Pavlína ; Kaplan, Aleš (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Thema works: Comparison of the annual training cycle in the selected Czech elite women in sprinting Student: Pavlína Vostatková Supervisor: Dr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims: The aim of this study was to analyze the annual training cycle (RTC) in selected Czech elite women sprinters, in which the maximal performance in 100 m run was reached, and to compare the uniform training system and recommendations for sprinters of comparable level of performance with the reality of the training program of selected sprinters. The analysis focused on methodological procedure, application of selected special training indicators (STU), their volume and intensification in various stages of sports training. Methodology: The content analysis of training diary was used as a method of the thesis, in particular the annual training cycle, in which the sprinters achieved personal maxima in 100 m run. Thus RTC 1996/1997 and 1992/1993 in sprinter P. V. and H. B. were analyzed, respectively. In the training diaries selected general training indicators (OTU) and STU for sprinters in athletics were obtained and reviewed. Model values for the age category of 21-23 sprinters (Moravec, Hlína a kol., 1984) were used in the comparison of selected OTU and STU of the selected sprinters. The model values for the 19-year-old sprinter H. B....
The comparison of standing and crouch start
Talácko, Zdeněk ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Title: The comparison of standing and crouch start Objectives: Analysis of time differences in base running from the position of standing and crouch start. Another goal was to compare these starts in group of male sprinters and then to compare these starts with female softball players. Methods: Mainly document analysis was used in my diploma thesis. The author used both Czech and foreign sources. The foreign sources were mainly scientific researches, professional studies and articles from scientific journals. The issue was closely linked to running bases in softball, athletic starts and strenght training focused on thy dynamic component. Standing and crouch starts were then examined in detail. Results: It was found that the standing start compared to the crouch start enhances the results of female softball players by 0,06 s at the distance of 20 meters. The difference in the group of male athletes was only 0,01 s. Major differences were observed in female softball players already within the first 5 meters where the first time difference appeared. This difference was gradually rising until the end of the 20 m distance. Keywords: base running, running in softball, athletic start, three-point stance start, standing start, crouch start
