Foreign publicism of the Týden magazine

The bachelor thesis "Foreign publicism of the Týden Magazine" cleals with publicistic texts with foreign topics published in the Týden Magazine. It tries to narned the genre (gloss, comment, editorial and column), which the first part of the thesis acts. This part clescribc s, how these genres should be written according to technicalliteraturc. The second part dwells on the main intent of the thesis, namely the measure of keeping these c1efinitions by authors. It also looks how they these genres change. There is also performed content ol' texts, the most frequent topics and opinions of redactors about world events. The thesis also tries to find out the stereotypical view of various foreign countries, which the magazine shows to its public. The thesis analyzes more than hall' one year of the Týden magazine, especially period between June anel December 2008.

Alkaloids of Narcissus'Dutch Master ' (Amaryllidaceae) and their biological activity. II.

Dvořáková Zdeňka: Alkaloids of Narcissus 'Dutch Master' (Amaryllidaceae) and their biological activity II. Diploma thesis 2016, Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Botany and Ecology. The content of this work was isolation of compounds from the selected fraction ND-6 obtained by column chromatography of Narcissus 'Dutch Master' alkaloid extract. Preparation of extract and its column chromatography was performed by Mrg. Daniela Hulcová as part of her doctoral studies. By the means preparative TLC was from fraction ND- 6 homolycorine type alkaloid (+)-O-methyllycorenine gained. Its structure was determined on the basis NMR, GC-MS analysis and optical rotation. The obtained data were compared with facts in known literature. By the isolated alkaloid was determined its cholinesterase inhibitory activity against acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase. Its inhibitory activity was expressed as IC50 (M) and compared with known standards galanthamine, physostigmine, and Huperzine A. This alkaloid is inactive against cholinesterase (IC50 AChE > 1000 M, IC50 BChE > 1000 M). On the basis of gained results, we can evaluate this alkaloid from the point of view of cholinesterase inhibition as potentially unusable in the treatment of AD. Key...

The topic of this diploma thesis is Intraregional differences in fiscal positions of communities. The goal of the thesis was to analyze incomes and expences of communities of the chosen region, to find differences in these incomes and expences, and to specify the cause of their origin. The introductory part cosists of the theory of fiscal federalism, decentralization and position, incomes and expences of communities and horizontal and vertical imbalances. The main part talks about fiscal capacity and fiscal need of individual communities and factors that cause differences in fiscal positions..

Příprava, rozpočtování a financování zakázek ve stavební firmě

Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na problematiku sestavování stavebních rozpočtů (nabídkový, slepý, kontrolní, revizní, souhrnný rozpočet) a popisuje další činnosti s vyhotovením stavebního díla bezprostředně spjaté - postup při výběrovém řízení, při zadání veřejné zakázky, způsoby zajištění investora (bankovní záruka, bankovní příslib, hotovost), uzavření smlouvy o dílo, finanční aspekty smlouvy o dílo, fakturace stavebních prací. Na příkladu stavební firmy HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. byla provedena praktická analýza daného procesu.

Diplomová práce obsahuje informace o přínosech a perspektivách bioplynových stanic v zemědělství. Zprostředkovává čtenářům údaje o možnostech realizace výstaveb bioplynových stanic za spoluúčasti EU, přibližuje proces žádosti o dotaci v rámci Programu rozvoje venkova ČR pro období 2007 -2013, prokazuje ekonomickou efektivnost těchto projektů a poskytuje návod pro vypracování projektu jako klíčové obligatorní přílohy žádosti o dotaci.
