Company's businesse financing in the context of life cycle phases

The life cycle phase describes the existence of the company from the beginning of its founding to its demise. Represents all stages of development, whether it is a positive result, which illustrates a period of growth or a period of failure when the company is in a decline. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to illustrate the understanding of the company as a whole. The evaluation of resources financed by analysing ratio indicators is also an integral part of this. The main purpose of the work is the characteristics of the selected enterprise and its economic development, the subsequent application of evaluation methods to the selected enterprise, and the determination of which stage of the life cycle the enterprise is at.

This work deals with acquired physical disability. It focuses on compensatory aids and rehabilitation that people with disabilities use. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to find out what compensatory aids they use and what rehabilitations they have undergone, are going through and will go through in the future. It deals with things that help individuals with disabilities to live a full life. It also focuses on raising funds for the things you need.

Possibilities of cognitive functions in seniors

The thesis deals with the possibilities of development of cognitive functions in the elderly. It focuses on the most frequently impaired cognitive functions in the elderly. The main objectives of the thesis were to find out how cognitive functions are stimulated in the elderly in residential services or in homes for the elderly, in field care services and also in seniors living independently who depend on the support of family members. Another aim was to develop a specific intervention programme that would have a positive impact on the development of cognitive functions in the elderly. The results, obtained from the analysis of the individual interviews, are compiled in three case studies, which are divided according to the services mentioned above. The results of this qualitative research indicate that in each of the forms of care studied, attempts are made to address the senior and their cognitive functions. In some cases, a targeted focus on memory only was found, while in others they focus on the all-round development of cognitive functions. However, they always work with the individual needs and health status of the senior. Larra and the Generation of 98 in the Context of the Spanish Crisis

The Bachelor thesis of Spanish literature deals primarily with the relationship between the so-called Generation of 98 and the 19th century romantic writer Mariano José de Larra. Its aim is to analyse the chosen work on the basis of their common elements that are mentioned below. In the first part the given authors are presented as well as the period which each of them wrote in from the historical-political point of view and relevant literary evolution. In the second part, the three common topics are analysed. In the first place, it is the irony and the satire, then the romantic elements and finally the topic and the image of Spain. Sufficiency of legislation on determination of child's origin?

This rigorous thesis deals with the issue of determining parenthood in connection with the child's right to know their origin. The basic question addressed by the present work is whether the old Roman principle of mater semper cert est, pater semper incertus es is still valid at present whether the child is guaranteed the right to know his / her origin. The main idea of the whole work is that the child should always be guaranteed the opportunity to learn about his / her background. The first chapter of this paper presents a brief introduction to Roman law. On the principles and foundations of Roman law stands the continental system of law, which is still based on its principles by the legislator. One of the basic postulates of Roman law is the principle of mater semper in iure certa est, the meaning of which is defined in this chapter. The second chapter deals with the issue of children's rights, especially about the child's right to know their origin. The third chapter already provides a detailed analysis of the current legal regulation of parental determination. Možnosti částečné penzijní privatizace v důchodovém systému České republiky

DVOŘÁKOVÁ, V. Options for partial pension privatization of the pension system in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. This diploma thesis focuses on possible consequences of the pension system in the Czech Republic if parts of the payment contributions were opted out to privately-owned capital funds. Real data from years 1995–2015 were applied retrospectively to models to show relevant consequences. The thesis concentrates on retrieving the effective percent yield from capitalization for a person with average income. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the option of partial pension privatization for the Czech Republic based on the calculated results from the models.

The Basque Topic in the Works of Pío Baroja

The aim of the present Master`s Degree Thesis is to make an approximation to the Basque theme in the selected works of Pío Baroja. Concretely, it`s close to twenty short stories and the novels of the tetralogy Tierra vasca (Basque country), namely, La casa de Aizgorri, Zalacaín el aventurero, La leyenda de Jaun de Alzate y El mayorazgo de Labraz. First, the San Sebastian writer`s relation with the Basque country is presented, as well as his vision of his fatherland in the history context. Second, the presence of the Basque language - as known as euskera - in the works is described, as in the vocabulary, the onomastic or for example in phrases or in popular songs. Third, we study concrete Basque motives, such as the landscape, the cities and towns, the people, the history or the Basque sorcery and mythology.

Cost Management in a Particular Company

The diploma thesis is analyzes for a selected company, which describes the current procedures for cost management, their monitoring and subsequent evaluation. Part of the thesis is also a presentation of the calculation formula and the product calculation itself. On the basis of the identified facts, the shortcomings of the management process and the cost calculation have been identified, recommendations have been made to improve the efficiency of the cost economy of the Firm, including costing and designing measures to reduce costs.
