Purpose of this engineer thesis is project of machine grating with hydraulic driving clearing. Diplom thesis includes construction solution of hydraulic cleaner-machine and koncept of hydraulic circuit. A part of this work is design of possible hydraulic driving and working stuffing. All hydraulic components are choosen from catalogue of appropriate companies.

Definition of thermotension by lead and lead-free solders

This research work is dealing with impact and size of the thermoelectric that may influence DC circuits. Main part of this thesis is to build experimental equipment for measurement of the thermoelectric and following usage this equipment for detection of the size the thermoelectric voltage for lead and lead-free solders. The theoretical part of this work deals with creation and usage of the thermoelectric in electrical engineering industry. In this particular part of this work is an example how the thermoelectric influence DC circuits. Then I describe thermoelectric generation from the motherboard to the die. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the development of the equipment for measuring of the thermoelectric of different types of materials. The Thermoelectric has been measured on two types of the lead, six types lead-free solders and on four types of the thermocouple wires. It has been measured within the range from 0°C to 80°C. In the end of this work is summary, where is reviewed witch of solders is the best for an applications affected by the thermoelectric.

Adjudication as a method of dispute resolution in international construction projects Abstract The subject of this thesis is an analysis of the use of adjudication as a relatively new, and in the Czech environment not yet well-studied, method of dispute resolution concerning a range of disputes arising between the subjects of contractual relationships in the field of construction projects containing a foreign element. The focus on so-called international construction projects reflects the current trend of expansion of construction entrepreneurs into foreign markets and the formation of multinational groups of construction entrepreneurs. This trend brings construction entrepreneurs into the environment of international business relations, where the presence of foreign element conditions the need to choose or determine the applicable law of a given contractual relationship using the conflict of laws principles. Adjudication is defined in this thesis as an alternative method of dispute resolution in which a dispute is submitted to an expert (or more often a group of three impartial and independent experts) specialized in the given area of the subject matter of the dispute, vested with the power (given by contract or by law) to decide the dispute between the parties in an interim binding manner while retaining...

The Home Environment

Analýza pojmu " prostředí domova", "domov" a "prostředí" a jejich sémantické významy. Zkoumání osobních vztahů člověka k prostředí domova. Funkce symbolizace a procesy identifikace v prostředí. Prostředí, domov a místo jako téma ve výtvarném umění a námět pro hodiny výtvarné výchovy. Název "Prostředí domova" umožňuje zaměřovat se jak na významy jednotlivých slov, tak i na jejich kombinace. Hlavním cílem nebylo vnímat domov pouze jako místo, ve kterém žiji, ale spíše sledovat, na jakých bodech je vystavěno naše kritérium pro moment, kdy jsme schopni nazvat místo domovem a souvisle s tímto prohlášením to tak cítit. Přesto si uvědomuji, že prvoplánově se nabízí vnímání domova jakožto teritoria, kde se cítím být doma. Pokud se řekne "prostředí domova", vyvstane mi na mysl místo a otázka, "Jak to tam vypadá?"... a přesto to není nijak podstatné. Pokud mluvíme o domově, míníme tím konkrétní místo, ničím nenahraditelné, a přesto těchto míst mohu vnímat jako domov souvisle několik. Žádná z odpovědí nebude nesprávná. Jde jen o způsob uchopení, jakým způsobem na domov nahlížíme. Zda je pro mne domov místem, nebo něčím nehmatatelným. Mou snahou je na základě kontextů vycházejících z těchto termínů, jejich možných kombinací, zkoumat další možné úhly pohledu na problém, které nám spojení domov a prostředí nabízí.

Fantasy World - Fantasy World Heroes

This thesis is dealing with the topic of fantasy in art with a special focus on picturing the main hero in so called heroic fantasy. Fantasy genre is seen in context of its ideological sources and it also shows its impact on current culture and its variety. This work concentrates on general features of heroic fantasy subgenre in art and on analysis of chosen character types - warriors. Furthermore, this work is offering a possible application of this theme in art education at schools.
