Description of inner audits and advers events report is also included. Anonymous questionare inquiry pertaining to inner audits is a core of empirical part of the text. 40 auditors and empoyees working in the hospital more than 5 years were involved in the investigation. Oppinions of auditors were compared to statements of empoyees. Final version of the questionnaire was refined after analysis of preliminary questionnaire results. Questions pertain to accreditation, edducation of auditors, topics and timing of audits, survelliance of advers events and negative results notification. Information obtained can assist to improve inner audit system and quality of healthcare in the hospital.

It focuses on the influence of accreditation on provision of nursing care. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the importance of the quality of nursing care and with the systems of management which provide it. The basis of the thesis is created by a qualitative research based on interviews with ward, chief and head nurses. These interviews were compiled on the basis of the quantitative pilot research. The ambition of my qualitative research is to explain the causes of cases when accreditation standards are not met and valid legislative is not abided.
Status of patient information on patients' rights

The main topic of bachelor's thesis is the patients rights and status of patient infor-mation on patients' rights. This project is divided to a four chapters. The chapters 3, 4 are divided to more levels. In the empiric part is worked and evaluated research. Its aim is to find out the patients' knowledge about their rights and find out how they are res-pected by the health service workers. The results of research are evaluated in well ar-ranged tables and graphs. The author mentions the discussion about the research results in the final part of project. The enclosure, which is the part of this project, contains the documents, which are very close to the main topic. In the theoretic part were the docu-ments referring to the patients' rights and history of the rights' patients.
Use and value of volunteers in medical facilities

This thesis deals with the work of volunteers in medical facilities. It follows the general view of the general view of the medical staff of volunteers. It indentifies what is volunteers are helpful and beneficial to patients and health professionals from the medical point of view personnel. The basis of quantitative survey are the benefits of volunteers in the Wards. The sample consists of field health staff nurse, orderly and a nurse. The survey was conducted in two teaching hospitals.Hradec Králové and hospitals Královské Vinohrady in Prague.
The role of documentation in the nurses' work

The bachelor thesis is related to medical documentation, its legal importance and it role for the work of nurses. It is focussed on the interaction of respondent to the questionnaire and nursing documentation. The main part of the thesis review time load required for the acquisition of nursing care documentation and the level of satisfactions with the graphic appearance of the nursing care documentation and also explores the function of nursing care documentation in the care provided to the client. The study group consist of students of medical school, non-medical healthcare workers and medical doctors.
The social prestige of nurse in our community

This bachelor's thesis deals with prestige of nurse profession in Czech society. The theoretical part characterizes profession of nurse, her roles in the past and nowadays, a job descriptions and difficulty of this job. This thesis is aimed at professional prestige of nurse and possibility of interference in the prestige (the image, professional activities, management, examination, education, finances). The thesis is engaged in a social perception and factors which may affect community view to the nurses. The empirical part contains a quantitative research into opinions of nurses and general public to a social situation of this job. There are used questionnaires which are mainly closed questions in. There are compared answers of nurses and public in the results.
Quality of Nursing Care - administration of medicaments

This bachelor paper is focused on the quality of the provided nursing care during application of medicaments. It provides data on the quality of nursing care, nursing standards, important information on the medicaments field, ways and principles of their administration. The focus of the thesis is constituted by a quantitative research of the nurses' knowledge of the medicaments field and the quality of the provided nursing care when administrating medicaments; the result is the presentation of a proposal of a standard nursing procedure when administrating medicaments per os. The analysed sample is constituted by medical staff of the general nurse branch during the execution of their profession in a Central Bohemia health care institution.

The topic of my final project is "The prepartion for accreditation with the intention on the safety at work and the occupational hygiene and the future medical personnel level knowladge in this section". This is a theoretical and research project. In my theoretical part I have described the accreditation as a proccess, which is neccesary for quality patient care. I have focused on the changes which our hospital goes through during the preparation of the accreditaion proccess including the claims on safety at work and occupational hygiene. Research part has focused on finding the level of future medical personnel mainly in the safety at work sphere via questionnaire. These students become the part of the medical team during the practical lessons and it is necessary to keep safety work rules and in this way they safe themselves and others. Subsequently, this final project has been concentrated on the concept of the corrective measures during the safety training for students and occupational hygiene.
