Rozbor struktury nákladů na výrobu vína u vybraného vinařského provozu

The diploma thesis at the analysis the structure of production costs for the selected winery operations deals with the description of modern technologies used in the production and processing of red wine grapes from the initial taking to finalize the product. Each major group of jobs will be discussed in terms of the technologies and their implementation will be assessed in terms of acquisition costs, performance, energy efficiency and other parameters. The diploma thesis will be the two model variants of operation, one will deal with the production of tapping barrel wine, and the second will deal with the production of bottled wine. Each variant will be assigned suitable types of equipment and using the current methodology will be monitored for performance, power consumption. The analysis of production costs for both variants of companies and its quantification for 1 liter of finished product. Finally, conclusions will be formulated for winemaking practice.

Transatlantic Economic Relations in a Changing Global Economy

This thesis focuses on analysis of the shifting role of the state in the context of globalization processes and aims to explain acting of the state in a bilateral cooperation, as an actor who faces these challenges. This framework is afterwards examined on the transatlantic economic cooperation. Main argument is, that in the bilateral cooperation, such shifts can be observed, that are intertwined with greater interactions of components of the states. These transgovernmental networks can be considered inevitable in response to the rising significance of non-tariff barriers and in trade liberalization. In case of the EU-US partnership, the cooperation on this level is focused on harmonizing of regulatory measures what is crucial for further integration of the transatlantic economic relations.
