The producer price index analysis for the purpose of assets estimation in Eastern Europe

The thesis focus on the availibility of the time series of producer price index (PPI) in the selected countries from Eastern Europe. The PPI time series are necessary for assets price estimation. The aim of the thesis is to proove if there could be a "converter" between the PPI total and PPI for individual activity which could be used for creating time series in countries where the data are not available.
Valuation of real estates in the Czech and Slovak Republic

This thesis deals with the valuation of real estates in two countries. The problem is solved in terms of Czech and Slovak Republic. All methods are explained in detail and then compared. The thesis also includes a practical example of the valuation of the house in terms of both countries. The conclusion set out the most important differences.
The collateral value of real estates

The aim of this thesis is to define "the collateral value", and also to define the principles that must be observed when is the collateral value determined. All the principles for establishing the collateral value are applied to the valuation of concrete real estate in the Czech Republic. This thesis also seeks to highlight the potential risks that may affect the correct determination of collateral value.

Část lesní správy LČR s.p. Jablunkov je postižena žloutnutím smrkových porostů, které vede k postupnému usychání a odumírání jednotlivých stromů. Závěrečná zpráva shrnuje výsledky řešení projektu v letech 2006 až 2008. Řešení se soustředilo na několik oblastí, které odpovídají kapitolám zprávy. Posouzení zdravotního stavu lesních porostů mělo za cíl posoudit rozsah poškození, jeho prostorové rozložení a jeho dynamiku. Posouzení výživy porostů se opíralo o chemické analýzy půd a asimilačních orgánů ve vybraných porostech různého stupně poškození. Znečištění ovzduší bylo hodnoceno měřením pasivními samplery GRADKO, byla měřena úroveň depozic na volné ploše a v lesním porostu buku a smrku. Do projektu bylo zahrnuto i hodnocení dlouhodobého vývoje meteorologických parametrů - teplot a srážek. na plochách byla sledována aktivita biotických škodlivých činitelů: hmyzu i dřevokazných hub a byla hodnocena úroveň mykorhiz. Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje návrh pěstebních opatření.
Valuation of property as a subjet of mortgage collateral

This thesis deals with the valuation of property in connection with mortgage financing. First chapters are devoted to analyzing the current state of the real estate market and mortgage financing in Czech Republic. The second half focuses on the specifics of valuing real estate as mortgage collateral. The last chapter consists of a practical working example of a apartment building valuation.
Apartment Price Heat Maps

The thesis is focused on the issue of Apartment price heat maps. The aim is to approach the topic of apartment price heat maps, methodology for the creation of price heat maps and its specifics. Theoretical knowledge is applied to two selected parts of Prague - Zizkov and Vinohrady. The final data of both areas are summarised to two specific price heat maps. The end of the thesis compares the processed results with officially published data of the czech national institution ČSÚ.

The summary of specific characteristics that distinguish office spaces market from other real estate market area and the analysis of the Prague office spaces market development between 1997 and 2010 are the integral parts of this diploma thesis. On the basis of discovered facts are the factors affecting the rent defined and their development between 1997 and March 2010 is approached. Defined hypothesis are verified by the empiric analyse of the gathered information.

The diploma thesis focuses on housing market in Hodonín and Uherské Hradiště. The goal of this thesis is the evaluation of some housing market determinants in both cities and the identification of their influence on the housing market supply and demand as well as on the diference of the flat prices in both mentioned cities. The characteristic of the housing fund in Hodonín and Uherské Hradiště and the analysis of the flat prices in these cities, which has been accomplished with usage of the own examination, is also the object of this diploma thesis.
