Actor in regional theatre during the era of normalization and transformation

This diploma thesis aims to uncover through personal testimonies by (self)reflection of the world of one of the regional theaters and its officials. The first part is devoted to South Bohemian Theatre as a whole. Primarily presents with such ambitions and the conditions in which this regional theater actor in the cultural field. You can also find alternative scene, Revolving Theatre in Cesky Krumlov, especially in terms of repertoire and his superiority and operational limits. In the second part of the thesis is the theater, and especially the officials undergo reflection in the eyes of spectators and the "other" people. Perception is positive or negative in nature and is aware of the public need to culture and its influence on daily life or the difficulty of acting as a profession? In the third part speaks actors themselves and people from the theater and with their help it is reconstructed the art world and the reflection of ourselves and the acting craft in general. Space is also given thought to whether the difference in regionálnálním be an artist or a Prague theater and whether in the theater world has changed a lot with the year of 1989. Club life in Třeboň and in its outskirts in first half of 20th century

This diploma paper Club life in Třeboň and in its outskirts in first half of 20th century is targeted on an issue of culturally-social activities in South Bohemian Třeboň. The first part is dedicated to club activities in the general level and mentions a development of relevant legislation. Successive chapters focus on history, population and government of Třeboň city. An appropriate space is dedicated to a municipal spa and to Václava Huck, who is branded due to his activities in Třeboň history. An attention is paid to 3 basic spheres of his activities ? an educational activity, an engagement in regional clubs and a balneology. The target of this paper is mainly to draw a picture of single clubs and their following comparison. A great accent is going to be placed on circumstances of origin, numbers of club members, focus on activities and financial matters of selected clubs. The next intent of this diploma paper is an estimation of contribution of club activities in daily life on regional level. Without question Třeboň was this region here with.

In the first part of my bachelor essay, called Václav a Klára Paclt as protagonists of labour movement of 1st half of 20th century, I have tried to approach an issue of labour movement, its cause, process and its sequels. There is also a reference and comparison among labour movements in other European countries. I have compared general knowledge, abstracted mainly from specialized publications, scientific papers and studies, with information and facts abstracted by studying of archival sources concerning life and activities of two workmen: Vaclav and Klara Paclt. It has been a research of police and judicial protocols which include records from investigations of charges against Vaclav Paclt. Theoretical and practical levels of my bachelor essay is also based on a statement of Paclt´s son Jiri. This statement has been considered as one of elementary sources.

Tax Optimalization of The Business Subject

The aim of this thesis is tax optimisation of legal income tax. Several options are suggested about how to diminish tax liability of an enterpreneurial subject. Out of many options, the most advantageous way was shown to be providing a grant for public utility purposes and acquisition of long-term tangible property. If the company decides for donation of money for public utility purposes or another suggested option of tax optimalisation, the amount of money paid into the state budget of the Czech Republic will decrease.

The Value Added Tax in Civil Engineering

The Value Added Tax (VAT) forms one of the most important incomes of state budget. It is paid by every one at the purchase of most of the goods and services. Therefore it is also sometimes called a universal tax. The principle of the tax is that a supplier if being registered as the taxpayer has to deduct from the business a part of the value as far as the business is the subject of the tax. On the contrary, the consumer can under certain conditions ask for return of the tax he has paid to the supplier {--}the taxpayer. In the Czech Republic, the basic tax rate amounting to 19 % and the lower tax rate amounting 9 % from 1. 1. 2008 are distinguished. The aim of the bachelors work is to optimise the VAT in building industry. A selected company is concerned with purchase and sale of goods therefore the company has been proposed to extend its current activity {--} purchase and sale of goods for building works. Building works (listed in SKP 45 - see Appendix No.4) and social housing are subject to the lower tax rate. The lower tax rate can be used also for the material, which is used for building works. If is considered that the company has extended its activity for building works, the company{\crq}s tax duty would be decreased for 2006. After mutual consultation with the owner of the company the company{\crq}s outputs were split by the proportion 8:2, i.e. 80 % of the company{\crq}s outputs were left for sale of material and the rest 20 % were used for building works. Inputs (purchase of the goods) remained unchanged, it is considered that the purchase of the goods or material is the same.
