The issue of new fly ash aerated concrete production
Bednárik, Vít ; Janovský, Radek (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with the possibility of laboratory verification of the influence of feedstock character, especially lime and fly ash, on quality of fly ash aerated concrete. The experimental study involves taking a series of samples autoclaved and non-autoclaved aerated concrete during two pilot plant verification in the factory. After removal of autoclaved and non-autoclaved aerated concrete samples they were tested and compared with results of non-autoclaved aerated concrete produced in the laboratory. Methodology of comparison technologically-produced autoclaved aerated concrete and laboratory-produced non-autoclaved aerated concrete was designed based on achieved findings.
Verification of different types of fly ash for production of artificial aggregate
Zahálka, Milan ; Donát, Pavel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
Diploma thesis gives an overview of artificial lightweight aggregates based on fly ash. Fly ash such as the residues of coal burning is currently one of the most used secondary raw materials for new building materials for research papers. The results shows that the secondary energy products are not just fully substitute the primary component, but in many cases improves the final properties of building products. Wide complex of fly ashes not only from domestic sources was tested and it`s main properties important for it`s further application was determined. Laboratory production of artificial aggregates based on fly ash made by sintering and also by cold bonding and following manufacture of artificial fly ash aggregates in technological conditions are also solved. The thesis is simultaneously concentrate on review of the suitability of fly ash aggregates in lightweight concrete. It was found that the highest quality fly ash for the production of sintered fly ash aggregate is fly ash and FBC ash is the best for the production of cold bonded aggregates. It was also verified that both types of aggregates are applicable to lightweight concrete class LC 20/22. The vast majority of manufactured aggregates is suitable for the production of lightweight concrete class LC 30/33. It was demonstrated that the sintered fly ash aggregates can be also used for high strength lightweight concrete class LC 50/55. Tests have also verified that all tested fly ashes and products produced from them meet the requirements of legislation on environment.
Development of a new self-supporting insulation system with respect to dynamic stress
Machala, David ; Frajt, Daniel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with suggestion of self-supporting insulating system that can be used for objects which insulating is more or less complicated. In this thesis are theoretically processed information about insulation systems while focus is on their structure, composition and principle of operation. Further, there is theoretically designed self-supporting insulating system which is practically built after theoretically composed testing for finding its basic properties. The most appropriate process of realization is formulated at the end after evaluation of the individual tests.
Lightweight floors based on aerated concrete and foam concrete with the use of secondary raw materials
Kapčuk, Pavel ; Ševčík, Milan (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis is oriented on development of new porous materials for industrial floors based foam concrete and not autoclaved aerated concrete with the possible use of secondary raw materials and natural lightweight aggregates instead of classic aggregates. The dry mixture should be stored in bags as ready to use with the addition only of water.
Development of a thermal insulating material designed for use with high temperature
Dokoupil, Martin ; Frajt, Daniel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
The work deals with the development of a new thermal insulation material that contains a secondary raw materials or waste. It is an insulating material with the requirement of resistance to high temperatures - 200 ° C and 500 ° C. Type of material is determined by the way of reducing density - direct and indirect. Direct is achieved by adding lightweight aggregates, indirect is achieved by gas evolution through chemical reaction and the subsequent incorporation of gas into the structure of the material. This thesis is part of the MPO TIP č. FR-TI 2/340 project.
Development of innovative composite systems ETICS on the basis of a new generation of secondary raw materials
Kováč, Michal ; Ševčík, Milan (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This master’s thesis applies utilization of alternative raw materials in thermal insulation system of the ETICS of new generation for houses. The theoretical part dealt with the explanation of the ETICS and the selection of suitable raw material for his innovating. In the following practical part were used selected materials to create a new thermal insulation made of straw and binding materials of cement, casein glue, bicomponent fibers and mushroom mycelium. At the end have been applied the variants of base coat of clay and mineral screed on new thermal insulation, from which was selected the optimal variant. From optimal thermal insulation and suitable base coat was conducted proposal of final version of new ETICS.
Verification of possibilities of hazardous waste transformation into a new material
Bína, Tomáš ; Dohnálek,, Pavel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This work deals with the use of solidification technology for the disposal of hazardous waste with the aim of its material recovery. The goal of this Master's Thesis is to find and verify a new solidification way that will allow efficient transformation of hazardous waste into new material and its further use in civil engineering.
New types of composites for rehabilitation of building structures with emphasis on increasing the corrosion resistance of reinforcement
Dražil, Luboš ; Dohnálek,, Pavel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to the degradation of reinforced concrete structures, their causes and consequences of the waveforms. This thesis describes how the protection of concrete structures against these negative effects. The practical part of the work was focused on the development of new types of repair materials with added value in the form of corrosion inhibitor. In this part of the work was done adhesive bridge and development of repair materials for hand and machine application.
Development od flooring systems with usage od lightweight aggregate
Jankovský, Jiří ; Ševčík, Milan (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
The work deals with the possibilities of lightening of the flooring system. Flooring system is solved by lightening the material. The surface layer is modified by lightweight fillers made from the waste materials, lightweight waste materials and fillers made from natural substances. Simultaneously is this work dealing with options of lightening the surface layer by microspheric fillers of separated waste fly ash.
Comprehensive flooring system for extreme exposure conditions
Šlancar, Jakub ; Bydžovský, Jiří (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
This thesis purposes a solution in form of a high resistance coating reaching a minimum compressive strength of 80 MPa in combination with a adhesive bonding compound and with other additive modifying resulting properties. Furthermore, this thesis is concerned with current state of the floor market and focuses especially on those floors used in extreme conditions, such as heavy manufacturing. Furthermore, The basic testing of this method is also included in this thesis.
